People fear of dump after ico sale .presale investors get big bonus .30 % is visible bonus .Sure big investors would have got more bonus.so main sale investors would like to buy in exchange after dump

Off course technical analysis are useful. But as far as i have seen technical analysis have worked well for longer time frames like weekly charts or daily charts. The least i would believe is 4 hour chart in crypto trading space.Because short-term scalping heavily get manipulated because of various reasons like fake buy sell walls.So ,it is better to depend less on technical analysis when it comes to short term trading.

Always check for if there is whitepaper available for that company and also check the team members.
Only way you can loose if you provide private keys of your wallets. Until that you are safe.
If they ask more details except for your wallet address, telegram user name, bitcoin talk profile link then it's fine. If they are asking more details just avoid it as they might be only interested in collecting data for third party marketing

Yes it will be better if they make it legal and regularise the crypto space . Instead of regualr fud and market manipulation it is better governments regualte them and tax them instead of making it complicated.Penetration and usage of crypto cannot be stopped ,rather can be taxed and used for development purposes.
