A lot of people do not want that cryptocurrency will be regulated. If cryptocurrency will be regulated it will not be any anonymity and KYC will be obligatory.
But it is very hard for cryptocurrency startups to develop in jurisdictions when cryptocurrency is not regulated.

Blue Hill Mining started to develop mines from 2010, but it takes many time and money for the development of the mines and reserch of minerals.
