Уверенна, немалую долю участников данного форума составляют мамы маленьких деток, собственно, как и я. Также уверенна, что у многих мам в 21 веке существует шокирующая проблема - поиск адекватного педиатра. Бабушки, сидящие далеко не первый и не второй десяток лет в поликлинике, не способные (в силу возраста и физических изменений в организме) услышать даже хрип при бронхите. Что уж там говорить о вменяемом современном назначении лечения, подбора безопасных, но эффективных препаратов при различных не серьёзных заболеваниях.

Остановлюсь на банальных ОРЗ. Все мам знают, как педиатры любят назначать горы ректальных свечей на основе интерферона, выписывать микстуры-иммуномодуляторы, всякие противовирусные в рот, в нос, в ухо и прочие отверстия, при слегка покрасневшем горле любят кричать, что у вас ангина, немедленно антибиотик пить!
Мне, как современной маме, часто приходится черпать всевозможную информацию на просторах интернета, будь то прикорм, гигиена, развитие ребенка. Очень греют душу в соц сетях аккаунты врачей «доказательной медицины».  К слову, доказа́тельная медици́на (англ. evidence-based medicine — медицина, основанная на доказательствах) — подход к медицинской практике, при котором решения о применении профилактических, диагностических и лечебных мероприятий принимаются исходя из имеющихся доказательств их эффективности и безопасности, а такие доказательства подвергаются поиску, сравнению, обобщению и широкому распространению для использования в интересах пациентов (Evidence Based Medicine Working Group, 1993) (цитата с Википедии).

Так вот… Много раз наблюдала как эти самые врачи твердили о неэффективности и нецелесообразности всех -феронов, никаких антибиотиков при красном горле или зеленых соплях… Споры с педиатром в поликлинике относительно того, что эти назначаемые препараты бесполезны и нам нет помогают, портят нервы и мне, и врачам, все в больнице меня тихо ненавидят и никто не хочет лечить моего ребенка.

Но!!! Несколько дней назад произошло чудо! Минздрав принял новый документ, который откроет глаза на медицину 21 века для старожилов поликлиник… Протокол как и чем лечить ОРЗ у детей! Все –фероны – эффективность не доказана, назначать не рекомендуется! Противовирусне препараты (кроме вируса гриппа) – эффективность не доказана, назначать не рекомендуется! Антибиотики – при вирусных инфекциях эффективны, назначение не рекомендуется. И много другого. Советую ознакомиться! Испытываю гордость за родной минздрав! Ура! Адекватные, грамотные рекомендации! Спешу поздравить с этим достижением в первую очередь наших детей! Надеюсь, несогласным врачам настойчиво порекомендуют следовать документу! И фразы «а мне помогает..., мало ли что там пишут, ...да у меня этого опыта, как у дурака махорки» будут звучать реже!
