Re: [poorbot.io] | Exchanger for Stake - fast, cheap, simple
by

Why everyone is just guessing and no one tells the full story?
Thousands of Stake players in chat saw publicly, how poorbot freaked out after rumors about tips being removed, and ripped whole his balance in rage bets. Thousands of dollars were just gambled away, without even waiting for an official announcement from Stake. And then owner simply disappeared, without even a word here or anywhere, while users kept sending tips to him.
We had no idea about this incidence. I believe most of us don't follow the chat of Stake everyday. Thank you for telling the story here. The decision of tip removal was taken on the 25th of May. I just checked the race history of Poorbot account and found that he got the 111th rank in the daily race of 27th May.

So, it is clear that Poorbot account has wagered a lot after the announcement of tip removal. I'm wondering why users are still sending tips to him while he is showing 'unavailable' message on the website.

I was flooded with messages that day. Some were sending screenshots with his 2-4k usd loosing bets, some were asking for help to contact him, and some even pretended, they "accidentally" confused usernames, so maybe Dinabot could refund tips they sent to poorbot? Smiley

Personal discount system updated

Earlier, personal discounts were given to some top exchangers.

From now on, personal discounts will be applied/updated every week to 40 users, and will be valid for next 7 days.

* If you got it, you don't need to do anything - discount will be applied automatically on all your exchanges and you will see a notification while filling form.
* If user with personal discount will enter and a promocode along, only one of two (bigger) discount will be applied.
* There's still a visual bug on site - notification about personal discount might stay even when it's expired. It will be fixed with one of next bot updates.
* All users will be emailed personally about updated personal discount.

Looking for investors, website working for 4 years (dinabot.exchange)

I'm owner of a small cryptocurrency exchange, working for 4 years in gambling sites (currently in Stake.com and Primedice.com), as CryptoGamblersPub since 2018, and then as Dinabot since 2021 after redesigning.

It's a good and profitable website, but it's stucked in current state and loosing opportunities to earn way more, because I can't fund it as much as it needs to grow. It needs way bigger working balances for exchanges, and more coins supported. Lots of users simply can't exchange amount/coin they want due our lack of funds for that.

I'm willing to split all Dinabot earned profit every month among investors, accordingly their investment size, till full initial amount and +20% of it paid. According statistics of previous years, it could take somewhere between 10-12 months. For bigger investments it can take longer time, so we can disccuss about higher interest rate.

No, I don't have a colateral, only Dinabot, it's reputation, earned in years, and it's potential. Please, do not judge me too hard for such brave post Smiley I'm open for any other ideas, which could help Dinabot to grow, and investors to earn. I would accept donations, but simply don't know what's a proper place ask for it.

I'm not sure, what exactly more info I should provide, so will just wait for questions.

This is very interesting, in addition to exchanges, there is gambling and also staking in one website. Those who enjoy playing gambling I don't think they need to look for other exchanges because it will cost more in shipping. I'd just like to see in the future if this project is successful it will probably be in high demand.

I'm sorry, but seems you confused something. There is no gambling and no staking, just exchange in supported casinos.

Thank you for the codes. As I know, Stake.com has so many players who played on their site. How many used Dinabot until now? Because if we compete with, let's say, 100 people using Dinabot at the same time, I do not think that we have a big chance to use the code since the code is only 11 codes. So this code should be for the lucky person.

Dinabot has more than 7k registered users, but there aren't 100 people using Dinabot at the same time Smiley
We are adjusting count of promocodes periodically in such way, that about 5% of all exchanges could be discounted in this way.

I'm not surprised that some casinos doesn't want to have an inside exchanger. It's risky and takes efforts.

Will make a very simple, even childish example, why I wouldn't implement an exchanger if I would be a casino owner  Grin

Two players came. Player A made a deposit of 0.01 btc, player B made a deposit of 0.01 btc, and both decided to exchange it to xrp for playing. At that time price I (casino) credited to their balances, let's say, 500 xrp each.

Player A had a nice run, made his balance to 3000 xrp and now wants to withdraw it. Where the heck I should get these from, if there weren't any xrp deposited? How much of each coin should I hold "just in case"?
While player B didn't win or lose much, and now wants to exchange his same 500 xrp back to btc and withdraw it. Problem is - prices changed, and now it's worth not 0.01 btc, but 0.012 btc. So I didn't earn from him any, but still need to pay extra from my own pocket?

Ofc sometimes it works in otherwise direction, but still - risk is too big.
Actually there's no risk with the casinos who will have an exchanger. The risk only comes if they're the one who's going to have their own exchange inside their casino but many of the casinos that has their own exchange insides are just integration of a 3rd party service.
They just have to connect their customers with an exchanger which is the 3rd party and it will do the job for those customers that want to exchange their deposits.

It's exactly what I was trying to say Smiley

Hehe. You got the Point. I don't blame them since they have their own business strategy.

Some casinos use wallets where you can exchange coins easily. Suppose you exchanged BTC for XRP and you paid 2% Fees, You should take 5% fees from your players. that's how you can manage them.

Having an Exchanger is good for Players, Bad for the casino owners.

I know very good, how to manage it with fees, I own Dinabot Smiley
The only reason, why I can manage it with less risk than a casino - is that I can reject an exchange, simply by allowing to use limited balances.

Dinabot doesn't exchange funds between Stake and Primedice anymore, it works only as inside exchanger separately for each site now.
Ah you're here :v
I've never used Dinabot's services before, some of my friends recommended Dinabot for asset exchange on Stake
it seems quite useful services to convert our assets, let me try next week (:

I'm always around, just mostly silent  Grin

You can also exchange your funds between/inside these casinos (stake & primedice), using the services of dinabot.exchange. you can visit their new thread, and check their promocodes.

We had a discussion with Roobet, but it ended up without results. Now, after last update, no more sites will be joined to Dinabot. Don't ask me why, it's just how it is Smiley
It is bad to know you are closing potential partnership with other sites. I don't know what happened with your partnership discussions with other sites but I hope the Dinabot team won't close it permanently.

The more partnership with good sites, the better and I hope you will consider new partnership with more sites soon. Parnership with Duelbits, why do you not consider it?

We concidered partnership with probably all sites in the market Smiley We were sugesting, asking, and talking with them dozens (if not hundreds) of times in last 3 years and inviting to join. In best way, we were rejected, but mostly - simply ignored. Casinos owners doesn't want Dinabot, as believes, that it would leak their players away to competitors, also it creates possibility to mix funds between casinos.

So, things changed, we can't add new sites even if we would want. Promotion of one casino next to another causing conflicts. In result, our decision was to separate Dinabot from CryptoGamblersPub as separate product, and leave it working in way it was doing all this time. Currently we are working on reviving CryptoGamblersPub with totally different approach.

I would like to ask how much was the service charge for each exchange trade?
You can see the details about the fees on their FAQ.

FEES AND CONDITIONS

How much are exchange fees?

Fees are calculated according to your exchanging amount in usd value:

Up to 50$ - fee 5%
50-100$ - fee 4%
100$ and above – fee 3%
additional 1% fee is added, if you want to receive your tip privately, without showing it in chat.

Fee is deducted from amount and showing in exchange form, you don't need to add any extra.

The fees are normal to be honest.
Similar fees are also charged almost when we made the withdrawal from the site.
Nevertheless it should depend how much quickly we will receive the amount through exchange.
Is it done automatically or processed manually?
I remember using Lupandina’s service 2 years back at stake.

I'm glad, people still remember me after such time Smiley
Exchange process is fully automated and instant 24/7.

Have always been a fan of Dinabot and I am glad to see it receiving more attention in recent times. Have used on several occasions in sites like Stake and Primedice without any sort of issues so far.

I hope more sites like Roobet etc add this bot in order to provide an internal exchanger to their gamblers due to their high withdrawal fees associated with BTC and ETH.

Thanks for kind words, really appreciate that Smiley
We had a discussion with Roobet, but it ended up without results. Now, after last update, no more sites will be joined to Dinabot. Don't ask me why, it's just how it is Smiley
