I am not sure why but the interest is improving... People are starting to warm up to the idea that BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC can buy them land with structures near a lake.

As I mentioned in one of my previous posts above that this is as much learning opportunity for me as anyone else. The property is all paid off and there are no leans against it. I have the deed. In regards to the transaction being conducted in other currency than USD I read that some people convert the amount to USD and record it in USD. I guess if there is a way to record the amount in BTC we can do that too. My phone is on the listing so please give me a call if you are interested to visit the property or discuss it.

Well that is why I am selling the property to buy bitcoin but I wish I purchased the bitcoin 9 years ago so I can have the amount to buy a house. What else can I buy early now and wait a 10 years to appreciate in value? Maybe you know of some coins that are under $1 now but have potential?

Here is a dumb question... Anyone in this forum know about something else like the BITCOIN that I can invest now and will increase in value in about 10 years?

If there is a place where most of the bitcoins are I would imagine is in the San Francisco Bay Area so someone local would most likely have enough bitcoins. If I got bitcoin when it was under $1 I would have purchased this property for under $6 :-) Damn me ))

Interesting... I was thinking that people would be interested into buying real estate when the bitcoin is 15K to diversify but there is literally no interest. I guess I was wrong the same way I was wrong not to buy bitcoin when it was under $1, $500, or $2K. Maybe it was not meant to be "me and bitcoin"

Possibly people are interested in cheap stuff because they are trading with their bitcoins and have not purchased them a long time ago to accumulate huge value or maybe they have not purchased real estate before and do not know how all the pieces work. For sure I haven't sold real estate for bit coin and I was thinking this would be a great learning opportunity in addition to acquiring bitcoins.

The city has the plans and I got a copy of the plans for those structures.

I really want to get some bitcoins before the price goes to $100K. This property is really nice and with a little work can be amazing weekend vacation place. I am entertaining offers if you have a better price in mind.
