I’m facing same problem again too. They are escalated to payment team.
I believe they will make a payment to their members on weekday as I know payment team are not working on weekend.

Hi Cloudbet,

my withdrawal requested on few days ago, but still no any feedback from payment team.
i asked few customer service thru live chat, but they just helping me to escalate to payment team and keep asking me to waiting.
i been waiting for few days and until now there's still no any feedback from payment team and no credited to my btc address.

im keep asking customer service but they only ask me to wait for the payment team response. and unable to giving me the estimate time.

this happened really make me frustrated.
