Participating in bounty will naturally increase followers.

Can you tell me how would it be possible? when you cannot participate in a twitter bounty campaign because you lack of followers. How would you be able to increase your followers?

Re: What is the protocol if theymos won't reply regarding and account suspension?

Our partner account, mikloskadar.com, was suspended from bitcointalk.org probably by mistake for posting mostly on Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Marketplace (Altcoins) > Service Announcements (Altcoins).

Since then some admins informed us that the account was 'nuked' they recommended, theymos, to ask.

Could you please advise how to make theymos to have a look what might have happened as by analysing mikloskadar.com's posts we could not identify any breach of compliance or identity theft?

Thanks in advance!

I guess you have to wait until he replies. Thats all I know. Yet, its a good thing you have posted your concern through this section to atleast call the attention of the mods and other old members who personally knew theymos. This will somehow help you I guess.

Re: Merit stat & all transactions more than 40 Merits

Hey guys!
So, this is a long lists of the users who sent plenty of merits in one person. I didnt bother to check each and everyone of them, but I know there are those who deserves 50 merits ( but I think that would be in a rare condition ) and some of them are just giving away tons of merits just to rank up a specific account regardless of the senseless mediocre posts ( which is I think is against the forum rules ).
Btw, I just want to add this profile on the lists here below :

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1915943

Please check his earned merits.

Re: Are you ready for crypto tax season? This article might help
by

Well this article is not much of a help to defend yourself. All you need to do is declare your income or profits from cryptocurrency and then pay the tax. That basically is the easiest way around it. I think it is better to declare income to the government as a away to control illegal activities such as drug cartels and money laundering acts.

Thats the main purpose of regulating the cryptocurrency and putting a tax onto it, to protect us and the future investors from these kinds of harm. It just seems like the other people have a misunderstanding towards this idea. Well, basically we cant blame them, for Bitcoin was designed to be decentralized, but everything may change due to disadvantages that was recently discovered and yet to be discovered. Changes are always constant, most importantly, we change not for the worst but for the better.

Re: Merit is so unfair

Higher ranking users kept saying we should shut up and stop ranting about the merit system but they did not experience it in the first place. Sure, having a merit system may reflect on the capability of a user to create useful posts, but how about the responsibility of those who own sMerit? Who has the eagerness to read replies in a thread and give merit? It's actually too hard and a matter of luck. No matter how you construct posts, if no one who has sMerit will recognize it, you can't get one.

Well, thats the part of struggle in getting merits here and we need to accept that, not everyone will give you merit no matter how good your post would be. You dont need to blame the system if you really care about what you write or read in this forum. Why would you need those merits and care about ranking if your primary purpose in using the forum is to learn and share for everyone.

Re: let us promote BITCOIN

Let us promote bitcoin by sharing our knowledge not only here in the forum but through spreading the news to our friends, colleagues, and others on how the bitcoin help us.

That is a bit difficult. When you try to explain what Bitcoin is and how it works, the probability for them to believe you in the first place is very low. You must need to show them how Bitcoin change your status financialy, you gotta show them what you have because of Bitcoin, in that way they will be interested to learn and engage.

Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die?

i think before i die. i will use it to buy my medicine, we can use it by medicine to saves life. or we give our account to the youngest person we love to our child or grand child to continue in process. its nice to have an experience with this cryptocurrency. i gain a lot of my knowledge that i can use in my real life..
This is the most stupid reply I read today.
How can you know that when are you going to die? Deaths don't always come by disease, at times it comes suddenly and hits you pretty hard (after all that's why its called death).

LOL! thats what he get watching too much TV drama series. He could be a good film director Cheesy But in fairness to that guy he has a very good heart, IDK if he applies that in reality.
