Blockchain Support - No Response?

I've lost my identifier for a blockchain wallet.  It looks like their tech support will be able to recover it, however after over a day I have not rec'd a response from their support team.  Has anyone had this issue?  Was it eventually resolved?  Thanks

Thank you, I have not rec'd the email confirmation or the BTC in my wallet as of yet but I will monitor

EDIT: Coins are in my wallet, thanks again

My order info has been sent AGAIN via PM.

And citing a lack of communication is not a stupid comment, your post had only mentioned problems within a 4 hr period previous to your posting.  As you can see my order was placed well before that and I had reported it immediately as well.  No response from Bitinstant until your post last night.  You also mentioned that most outstanding orders had been PMed.  I was not and my PM was not responded to either.

Bitinstant -Dwolla failed verification - AGAIN

I am having this problem AGAIN with bitinstant, this is twice in a month.  I posted to the support thread but as of almost 24 hrs later I have had no reply.

My info is as follows:

I have also been waiting over 48 hrs and have received a "working on it" message as well.  Is there something going on with the site or Dwolla?  I have never had these issues before.

Edit - Note that Dwolla says money transferred and it has been removed from my account

Hello,

I have used bitinstant numerous times with Dwolla, today I recived this message "Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate".  It eventually failed and advised me to contact support, which I did, still awaiting a reply.

Is this something that happens often?  What is the cause?  I received notice from Dwolla that my transfer to bitinstant was successful.
