nothing illegal.. apparently 2 factor authentification is the cause. But 10 years.. 1 week hum ok.. But 10 years ?!

they did not respond to my emails, support request, twitter message.
I know that is not a great idea to give my coin to a third personne (cryptonator) but here we are..  

Does somebody have an idea ? what should I do ?
