Not sure what regulation has to do with this conversation. No sports/racebook is required to take bets on any specific events, it's entirely up to the sportsbook. We offer all that we can at the time, one horse racing market missing is not much!

Not sure what event we even cancelled, we haven't taken a bet on Hipodromo for weeks now not sure why you're still expecting it to be there.

Hi mate, this was an error on one of the traders, accidentally hit abandon on the race rather than hide - like we've said before, these races (Hipodromo specifically) is a very low priority for us so if we are stacked up in other places we won't be taking bets on it. Our fault for not taking it out of the menu but even with abandoned on it you should be able to tell we were not taking bets on those races.

Not sure why you'd have a criticism like this, we're offering a new product that nobody else in the field has. Are you a limited/restricted client with the places you mention that offer these markets? I think we've been pretty clear and transparent with how we run things so not sure why you're still complaining about it. Ultimately it's our decision what we wish to take bets on and it's not a given right to you that we must bet everything!

We're unable to replicate this ourselves. Could I ask what extensions you have running on Firefox, we've seen some issues with uBlock Origin before so try disabling that if you have it and see if that helps.

Like I said before, if it's not up 15 hours beforehand, we're most likely not taking bets on that event. You can use our racing menu as a calendar for the upcoming events.

Typically we'll have the meetings we're taking bets on up on our site about 15 hours in advance. The market may not have fixed prices at that time, but if there's no market 15 hours out, we're more than likely not taking bets on it. With the insane amount of races we have on every day, some meetings will have to be sacrificed for others if time schedules are conflicting.


Not sure what you mean with no American races, we had a whole suite of American races in. The only event we didn't have up, which I'm sure you were interested in was Hipodromo Chile.

Best odds guaranteed is from my understanding only used on SP/Tote products - in that case we won't be using it as at the moment the clear majority of our markets we're only offering Fixed Pricing.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll be looking over it in the office today and making an executive decision on what we're going to do. Hopefully I can come back with good news for the informed punter. In terms of betfair, I highly suggest you look at our racing events when they're close to jumping. You'll find we're more than competitive with the pricing. I can't speak for betfair without my vpn on but I can tell you for that race that just jumped at Kenilworth we were 121% compared to 125% lowest I could find elsewhere.

Our trading model has a somewhat different approach when it comes to Horse Racing trading. Whereas UK markets usually stay at the same percentage the whole time from creation to the jump, we will start our margin wider and move our margins in as the money starts to move.

Can we have an example of where you'd like to see this fixed? I think we have reasonable positions and allow for larger bet sizes. Especially in Racing where we are the only Fixed Odds product in the market.
I'm always keen to hear feedback on what people want to see from us.

In terms of racing it's easy enough for us to link up streaming - but with sports it's hard to legally do it without paying a massive sum. As we're just a small group of guys we're much more focused on bringing you guys a quality product through more markets and new betting opportunities just like we've done with racing! I think you should give racing a chance (why not try out our risk free bet!), it's pretty entertaining to watch and easy to keep on a roll as when one race finishes another's starting up.

Radio streaming can be done, but I doubt that's what you're looking for. We have radio streams already linked up to our racing if you want to check that out.
