Are you able to see the txid of your bitcoins?

I hope so, otherwise I  have the feeling that paypal does add imaginary bitcoins to your account.

i actually hit my finger two times while cooking with a knife.
Checked crypto after I went to doctor
And I had a heart attack
Checked it again just now and had a double-heart attack.
Dunno why I browse in speculation

Both have 0 confirmations after 7 days

What's wrong? Is speed up on this one maybe possible?
