Re: who are they behind ico?
by

maybe this is not important, there is no benefit to this question. but I am very curious about who is the top person behind ico?
So like this, bounty hunters work in the field of project promotion, I assume we are at the root. while the team and developers manage the project to keep running, including finding funds from investors. the question is, who is the top in the ico project? say like bitcoin "he is the top of the other coins, even the creator of bitcoin doesn't receive the slightest profit from his own creations.
I think the simplest answer would be the project owner or the developer of the project.
And it would be impossible for everyone outside the project to do make the ICO of the related project.

Re: Cryptocurrency investment
by

I used to get worked up over a loss in cryptocurrency not until I realized that these losses can be mitigated using the right investment strategy.
Investing and holding a coin is not the issue here, the issue is knowing when to sell.
The most successful investors are those who know when exactly to sell.
And to do that, one need doses of patience so as not to fomo and sell at loss.
The difference between the rich and the poor is simply the ability to know the right time to sell.

I think there is another important think than knowing when to sell a coins, but also when to the right time to purchase them. Since there are many people choosing the wrong time when purchasing coin and they ended up loosing because the price dropping after they purchase the coins.

Fixing something that already broken is harder than making a new thing, but that doesn't mean to be impossible to do that, i think the first thing to do is restore the trust that every people had toward cryptocurrency.

Doing a bounty campaign is and also trading in the market is what i'm doing right now, because we can't depend on doing bounty campaign alone at this moment. Because the result form bounty payment isn't worth so much lately.

I don't think ripple is closing it's ending, In my personal opinion, for all cryptocurrency, as long as they still has their value and then that means there is no way a coins closing to an end.

Re: What is your general view on ICO's projects this year?
by
maaldaz
on 27/03/2019, 02:52:05 UTC
The cryptocurrency of this year, what i think is the condition might be just like what it is now where all the altcoins price keep on fluctuating so much that makes it hard to use the altcoins for a long term investment. Maybe next year would be different.

Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin?
by
maaldaz
on 23/03/2019, 02:17:08 UTC
There is no specific reason for me to keep holding on those shit coins, I just let it be what ever it will be, will it has value in the future or will it died and will never resurrect again. I think it won't cost me anything to let it sit in my wallet.

For me those shit coins i will just make them some kind of surprise rewards if it suddenly has a value on it, but if it's not then i will just let it rest forever in my wallet, thinking about it to much would become a pain for ourself, so just let it be.

This is a near impossible things to do, there are many people in cryptocurrency world with all different way of thinking. so even if we manage to make many people to stop dumping the price of coins, there will still people who can't be prevented from doing that kind of things.

I hope that bull run will really happen in 2020 just like many people said that the halfing of bitcoins will makes the price of cryptocurrency will increase significantly. that would be just like a dream come true.

Re: How to recognize a good time to sell a coin?
by
maaldaz
on 22/03/2019, 14:28:18 UTC
Hi all!
I and many of us here earned a lot coins form bounty campaigns. And I have real dilemma: How to recognize a good time to sell a coin? How to avoid loosing everything by holding coins that will die, but also how to choose coins that are good to hold because they can give us 10x,100x.
Thank you for your comments Wink.
It's a tough question i think, knowing the time to sell or purchase a coins is a big homework for many people, especially at this moment when the price of cryptocurrency became so much unpredictable. that makes everything really hard to just guessing what will happen in the near future.

Re: Listing kills a coin?

I used to invest in ISO and make a profit. Recently, a lot of coins in which I invested fall down after entering the stock exchange. I do not know what to do about it ...
I think i would be disagree with the way of think that listing is the deciding factor for a coins to be died.
In my opinion, the main reason would be because there are so many issues about a coins that makes the coin holder to get worried and end up selling their coins in a cheaper price.

Re: ICO will be replaced by IEO
by
maaldaz
on 19/03/2019, 03:01:22 UTC
Binance has raised fund for two projects and they have offered their 3rd project which sell will be at March 19 or 21 of instant. It's Celer Network. Their previous two projects were successful and I hope this one will also be a successful one.
However, it seems Bittrex is also following the same and there is an IEO on their platform too. Can IEO replace the ICO?

I have made this thread self moderated to avoid the stupid comments which I have been observed on my previous topic.
I think it's possible especially if it's safer than the ICO which are containing so much scam in it.
So it will all depend on the crypto itself and the acceptance of the public for the new system.

hiii guys...
im mohammad from iran. i want to know how can i find best ico for investment in 2019?Huh

what i must to do?Huh

the electricity price in my country is very cheap but i haven't enough money to set up a mining farm, so i want to invest on icos.
which of 2019 icos is your suggestion???

Perhaps you could just move to another subject for now, the ICO at this moment is not so much promising, safer way would be investing your money on any existing coins available in the market. When the condition better you could think about ICO again.

Re: How to distinguish between good and bad projects
by

on 18/03/2019, 08:18:37 UTC
Usually i check on the form of that project, if it has too much similarity with another project, we better cautious since there are chance that it's just a project that being copied from another and it will be mostly scam project.

For the market to change from bearish to the bullish would takes a lot of effort and support from many kind of factors.
Better from the project itself also from outside of the project, the more people trusting the project the more chance of a project to be even better.

Re: A new look to KYC, from a customer's perspective.
by
maaldaz
on 18/03/2019, 08:14:47 UTC
So, what does KYC mean? I always hated that thing, mostly because I feelt it is an unnecesary leak of information.

With these times and all the shitcoin scams and real waste of time and money I came to the resolution that we need a new meaning for KYC.

Know Your CEO.

The best way we could prevent or atleast act in the case (most certain) of one of any new project being a scam is selecting a number of trusted users of the community to verify the "Team" of any coin just the same way we are verified in most sites.
Since most of the new coins claim the "Team" is the people shown in the pictures they shouldn't mind verifying it to this peculiar non snitch trustworthy gathering of users.

In the case a project is to be compared to bitcoin or ethereum and the team crave anonimity you shouldn't need an ICO or could provide code before launching and provide a service.

Any ideas? Would anyone actualy ask for this before investing? and keep the word and not invest without the check?

I think it is more than a fair price for trusting someone with perhaps thousands of bitcoins.
Knowing who is the real CEO of the project should be useful for the future of the project that we invest on or join into the bounty, so there will be a guaranty even if the project isn't successful at least every investors could get all their money back.
