I am sorry for any confusion. English is not my first language. I have now got a friend with better English to help me with this post. There is no scam or mystery. The land exists and is situated in a small community area near South Bend, North Carolina. The actual land value is $225,000 but the other assets and fixtures on the land amount to over $500,000. It was not a simple foreclosure but a legal dispute about a working farm. The immediate 60 day loan would have allowed the court case to be immediately settled so that farm products etc could be released for sale and the loan would also be backed with a pending mortgage on a separate property within the USA worth over $1 million. I am sorry that my langauage did not allow me to explain all this first time around. Anyway, thank you for all your posts and input. I got a credit that I can use it to get a loan from Bank with lower interests , but I need it faster besides I am sure I can provide that interest with my property when it gets out of court seized, I'm eager to see the person face to face and make the contract in front of a legitimate lawyer, I just need this loan as fast as possible, this offer is still open .

You like it or not it exist, as long as they compare with each other in coinmarketcap.com people compare them, they are different but they are both coins and belongs to cryptocurrency world.

I'm not a fan of holding multiple coins or tokens, it decreases focus besides holding a lot of them may coz losing some of them due to token swaping, I would only hold first 10 coins and tokens based on coinmarketcap.com.

I don't have any idea about why s10 does support enj coin, it seems like it is something espacial that sumsung s10 has listed it to it's wallet, may be in new phones we see more coins and more wallets, and I'm happy that it supports btc, it's respectful.

Probably with this new version of Icos, like ieo and sto bounties won't be useful like before but still for the websites like bitdice or other websites still running their bounty, totally bounties and airdrops are reason of dumps so companies would rather to avoid them as much as they can.

It called mvp and it a a sample of a project, of course it is important, it is like github code but more developed, usually project with good mvp are successful because they can prove that they are doing some progress.

It is usually because of panic sellers and those ones who want to sell their airdrop or bounty tokens, preselling with bounos, airdrops and bounties are the reasons of dumps, that is why some very good ico never do that things, they gather fund with their abilities and their project not by advertising.

I know some cryptocurrencies like dash have made an agreement with some stores that you can buy things with it, also bitpay is another big company that made a gateway for payments with bitcoin and it is using in many stores, the thing is we need to have cryptocurrencies accepted from big companies not small ones.

I would rather the 12.5 LTC , because of the new partnerships , It is always hard to choose among those two but I would rather to choose litcoin , if you see ATH of litecoin and ATH of ETH you would find out that ltc has been 1/6 but eth has been 1/9 , also the total supply of LTC has been set .

Usually, that kind of things are just hype, nothing serious and permanent , when something goes up fast it would going down fast too , buy and sell things in that times is not very wise, unless you know the exit point .

Those ICOs went up mostly because of binance reputation in my eyes , ICOs were before binance then why they were dying before binance ?
It is only hype and emotional decisions and soon we won't see those big profits from ICOs again, cryptomarket needs fresh money, lots of it .

Investing decision is a personal matter, I don't think it helps a lot if you ask people about it no one care about your money as yourself, no one cares about it as you do, I suggest you work on yourself and invest on yourself before investing in the market.

I belive that it is not very easy and most of the time it doesn't follow any spaculer pattern because I think there are a lot of bots in the exchanges that know pattern better than us and they programed to manipulate the market and gather more money, I work with fundamental news better than technical analysis, it works better for me.

Yeah , like 2018 that some coins and tokens turned to 1/100 of their ATH , 2019 would be like that also other years , From now on people invest wiser and when they do, fewer shitcoins can survive in the majority intelligence, it is very like stockmarket , only good ones survive.

Yes they are , if there isn't any stable coin people wouldn't be interested so much to trade in the market , traders need a stable coin to shield themselves against market volatility, I used to work with USDT but i guess TUSD is better?!

For now, I think Celer network, an ICO and multivac ICO are the best projects and in tokens, I like LTO network also HOLO , they have a great team and great partners but for the bitcoin situation they cant fly high yet, I hope bitcoin gets better so that we can see some movements.

The manager of Binance exchange is very smart , he always finds a way to hype BNB when its price goes down , Launching ICOs was a neat idea to gather some money from ICO COs and also hypeBNB since they were buyable only with BNB , I think binance is still the first exchange in creative ideas .
