I already sent a PM. I need the money for those boring real life things, so I will be happy to part of my 911 shares. What I'm curious about is how it can be done if there is no exchange active?

I can't stop loving people investing in non regulated markets expecting crazy profits and later crying for not getting all the warranties of regulated markets.

People , if you want to speculate about eligius miners, this one is more interesting: http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/159FeYxUKekbvmBu2CyWTKAH3yHhyP3qQj

Started mining about 5 Dec. aprox, at about 20THs, and have been steadily increasing. The interesting thing is it has quite frequent periods of not hashing, like if stoping for adjustments/tests.

Of course, this is all wishful thinking and you should take it with a grain of salt.

I will me making an announcement later today about our solution to the Bitfunder problem.

Will be nice if you do it before it is too late in Europe, as we are probably the people that still holds more shares on BF.

What happens if there aren't enough funds for the 28nm NRE?
There are several solutions for that. The current and incoming mining hardware should be able to cover that risk and there is still the option of going 45nm where the NRE cost is about half of the 28nm process.

Wasn't this already covered?

Still no info about what the Avalon refund will be used for? I can understand both reinvestiment or payment as dividend, but it must be well explained -i.e. paying as dividend as all the NRE is already done, or using it for reinvesting but explaining in what-.

Back to the website matters, I understand the reasons why Ken wants to stay with this backend, but layout must improve to maximize sales. The cleaner and easier the better.

Who cares? Easic is a big company with even bigger partners like Seagate. You think Seagate will fall in making deals with people that doesn't have the resources to make the chips?

Probably they work with different factories and will send the work to the most convenient one in the time frame.

The chips will be made where eAsic made them. Trying to convince people only TSMC can do good silicon is plain stupid. Probably a lot of people here are using PCs with their Intel chips made in irish factories, for example.

Anyone have any insight on the price difference between bitfunder and BTCT?

In Bitfunder there is people that bought at the original AMC IPO at 0'0005 so they are probably more willing to sell at 0'004x that people on BTCT that started buying at a higher price.

Was the name of the company doing this boards made public? Because if not, the screenshot is giving quite some hints.

Why do you assume when I make an affirmation you don't agree, I must be uninformed? I know the other alternatives and I don't like them.

I like Bitfunder and I will avoid as much as possible changing to another site, I find all the others pretty confusing for people like me that just want to buy and stay.

I like it. I think that going to one company (in lieu of the subsidiary type arrangement that was proposed) will make the whole process easier for shareholders to see whats happening.

Yes, this way it will be a carbon copy of asicminer, but with the difference that shares can be diluted.

I'm not against Ken, the simpler it is, then everybody can make an informed choice.  The more complicated Ken tries to make it, the more it looks like the scam - until this is fixed, I still smell scam.

Finally, nobody has any idea where the 20BTC a day comes from?  I want to know so that he's not doing a Ponzi.

6 Avalon machines mining and dividens being paid to 40 million shares, not the whole 100 millions shares, as stated repeteadly in this thread and the IPO. So it is more like 10BTC a day, totally makeable at the current network dificulty with that equipment.

he had advertised great deal for magicans, they paid first but he never deliver those "unicorns".

is it real or just a bullshit ?

Don't do drugs while visiting the forum, please. Also, try to improve your english, you make me sound like a native.

I'm on the opposite side: I won't have any confidence on a guy that can't disconnect now and then and get the head clear. But I personally know I need it very much.

Yes, we have decided to use BFL chips in our Fast-Hash-XXX series of machines.  So yes, thank you very much.

Why? I understand that the Avalon chips are alrady ordered and will be a fast way to add more hashing power, but why getting involved with a third hardware maker instead on focusing on our* own chips?

*I'm a shareholder, and I'm here to stay in the long term, so honest question trying to understand the plan.
