I suggest you add another 300 USD to your budget and buy Nvidia 3060 GPU, like this one (probably the best card right now in terms of ROI):

Currently it mines around 2 USD per day and costs just under 700 USD. That makes your return on investment just under a year, that is over 100% per year return.
Also if you can borrow from the bank at around 10-15%, you can reinvest this money into mining with GPUs, and pocket the difference at scale (100% return on mining minus 15% cost of money= 85% your profit)
