OP, could you elaborate on "purchasing" part? If that includes having online stores accept the coin, it might very well be our ticket to the moon, along with using the coin in MMOs. Few altcoins have any actual use besides speculation, and that'd make AnimeCoin really stand out.You could change the hashing and keep it closed source if you have the know how, this would deter GPU miners are keep it slightly fairer I guess...
