This is a true fact. Most of these new crypto base decentralized project have just a concept. some are not even feasible and practical. They just meant to run an ICO and collect funds. The probability of them to fail is high. People should be vigilant when investing in an ICO.

This is just limited to crypto world. With the development of any field, the scammers are the next thing to follow. As the number of ICOs is very large, it is not easy to find out which are real and which are fake too. Anyway, we should not allow those scammers to gain their advantage over innocent people, we can spread the news of scam coin whenever possible.

As the name says, it is the Initial Coin Offering, which mean you can get them at a low price. The advantage is, you can get profit easily when the coin enters the market. Anyway along with the easy profit, risk is also included. The ICO could end up scamming, never reaches market or price can start falling are the risks.

What I feel is, this is the concept of high risk high return. In the stage of pre-ICO or private sale, you take higher risk than ICO, if theproject turn out to be a successor, you will get a high return. Same way, the possibility for the project to fail or become a scam is also high.

That depends on the project. Some projects clearly mentioned how long will it take to distribute bounty tokens after campaign is finished, but some do not have that information. The normal time is around 2 weeks to 4 weeks after campaign is finished. Some project teams purposely delay bounty payments to avoid dumping.

Favorite of me. We all know that there are hundreds of crypto based projects are there conducting ICOs, but only a handful of them get succeeded. i too have seen that the price starts falling after the bounty tokens are distributed. This might be due to the expectation of a bounty hunter and a investor is different. The bounty hunter wants to convert his reward to money as soon as possible (not every bounty hunter) where an investor is looking forward to multiply his investment by few times.

I have personally experienced this and at the end the effort is just a waste of time for all the bounty hunters. The bounty should have a mechanism to limit the number of participants to a reasonable amount. This will also create a demand on the project where people have to go for the ICO to grab their share as the bounty is full.

The bounty rewards are paid after the tokens are listed and traded for some time now, but I before sometime the case was different. The bounty tokens are paid before listing them in an exchange. The issue here was, the bounty hunters started dumping their tokens immediately to the market price goes down quickly making investors lose their money. What I thing is, it is not a good practice to sell them immediately.

Normally time to time we see the market is becoming red and green, so it is not an abnormal thing. Anyway there are some Altcoins which are in the dying cycle after a hype, there are coins developed just for taking profit but not delivering a real blockchain/decentralized solution to the world.

As I have seen, there were scamming project with very good whitepapers too. So, it is not an easy thing to identify real projects over scamming projects. You can look into their whitepaper, the project team, the scope of work, the road map and the popularity too. Anyway, if you are a bounty hunter you should expect these kind of scams too, as it is not practical to differentiate them exactly.

i am also new in the field so I do not have a comprehensive answer. There might be one than one reason, but the main reason I see here is panic selling. Any market can fluctuate a little bit at any time, but due to that change if people start selling all their assets, then there is a disaster.

Each individual might be using crypto for their own way of interest. One benefit of crypto is that you can make some money. To be honest, this is where I am too. The decentralized concept is driving the traditional systems to a new dimension so that in the future the limitations of centralized systems will over come.

First I am really sorry to hear what has happened to your effort. There are few reasons where you will not get any reward from a bounty. The bounty might be a scam or you have not followed their rules correctly. IF you are sure you have complied their rules, then go ahead and contact the bounty manager directly so he might help you. As per my experience, If you fo 10 bounties, only 3-4 will get you a real reward.

As per my understanding, that is because the authorities cannot track how much currency is transferred out of the country and how much currency comes into the country so that they face problems in the economy. The other reason is, its usage for criminal activities.

Investing on ICO is a very easy and quick way to make your money multiply by a big number. The important thing to keep in mind is that this reward comes with a huge risk as there are a lot of scamming project going on to steel your money and vanish. I am also not an expert on the field, but with my experience what I can say id. take your time before investing on any project because it is your money you are going to risk.

Personalty I do not like to recommend specific ICOs except I am extremely sure about the project. One thing to notice is that the percentage of project which gets succeeded is very low as there are hundreds of ICOs going on. You should be very careful selecting ICOs and specially when you ask about good ICOs in public forums. Take your time and do research before making an investment. Cheers
