Looking at a pic of an angle iron frame with a flatscreen & ATM guts, all on a garage bay floor, made me wonder:  Who is this established international Touchmate?  

Google search for "Touchmate ATM" net me exactly ... zero results.

English spelling of Russian names is phonetic, the original spelling is Cyrillic.  (So try alternate spellings)  The middle name, if the guy is Russian (last name), is always a patronymic, which "Juhani" ain't.
That said, i'm pretty sure it's a fake name, no matter how you spell it or what the middle name is.

This is a BitFury chip (see inset image, everything *down to the package markings* matches).
The board also has no voltage regulation, probably going for the daisy chain power scheme possible with BitFury chips.  That had high failure rates and was abandoned AFAIK, but i haven't followed it, so not sure.  

Ken's total ignorance in electronics really hobbles his lying here.
