As consequence of my post, match results have been updated and bet paid out.
Following, I requested to withdraw the amount won. A whopping total of 60$.

The withdrawal has been frozen on OneHash end for more than 16h.
Usually it takes a few hours to complete such processes. 

Contacting costumer support I was left on read.
Only soliciting an answer I got told to wait patiently.

Hope this review will avoid to some of you, further troubles with u/OneHash.

On 12/01 I placed a bet on hokey team, AK BARS KAZAN, playing against BARYS ASTANA.
Quote 1.9X. Total bet 30$.
Bet was easy. Team won 4-2.

After a few hours from match's end, results weren't updated. Support suggested to wait.

Next day, no payout or result updated yet.
Contacting support I was lied, being told my team had lost and no payout was waiting for me.
Kindly disagreeing I showed them the results.
Again I was told to wait.
Later that day, a new support agent, told me the IT departement was looking into the issue.

Two days later, nothing changed.

72h later, game's reuslt wasn't updated yet. No payout delivered.
Still being told to wait.

From the biggest BTC casino, you would not expect results to be manually updated. Or to be forced to ask support for your payout.
