How long will it take CREDITS to reach 1m transactions per second? Does anyone think it's possible?

I lost 150 dollars because of transfer fees. Surely there is something I can do to get it back.

I ordered 45 TH from Hashflare on the 28th December and I provided the required screenshot proving that I had made the transfer. The wire transfer cost me about 140 dollars in fees and my Hashflare account went into 'pending mode', where it has stayed for over two weeks. I emailed asking why it was taking so long but have received no reply, other than an email informing me that they are busy.

I logged in today to check the status to see that it had changed to 'timeout' so I checked my bank account to see that the money had been returned minus 10 dollars.

To put it bluntly, with the wire charge and the 10 dollars that Hashflare charged me to return the money, I'm down over 150 dollars and haven't got a mining account.

Does anyone know a number I can use to contact Hashflare?

I'm fuming right now and I'm going to consider legal action to see what I can do about this

I bought a Hashflare account via bank transfer on the 28th Dec. I transferred 9900 and the money is gone from my bank but says 'pending' in my Hashflare account. It has been like this for about a week.

I've tried contacting Hashflare through the ticketing service and also through their Facebook page but I haven't had a reply.

Can anyone on here help me?
