I personally would recommend to go for nano ledger because it offers a good security and is a hardware wallet. If you are not into frequent trades then you should keep your money on some hardware wallet for security.

We should try some 3rd party sites offering p2p trades you can trust the people there but although the rates are very unfair

Only 1 lucky winner doesn't seem to be much nice. About 100 participants are required and fees seem 0.06 eth per person so it is a definite profit for yourself

You should submit all the documents as they say. I think you should be doing too many trades on a short period of time or a large amount. Although, I think your case should be solved within 1 week. In my case, I got a mail from them to submit my documents, I was verified within 2 days and was able to re-trade.

Still able to earn profit due to bitmex. Just need to analysis the resistance point and put the order. Although, this is just happening to liquidate all the trades.
