efetuei a transferência de bitcoins para a BitcoinTrade hoje cedo.

Já se foram 15 CONFIRMAÇÕES e os BTC não caíram. Já solicitei ajuda pelo suporte, mas, pelo que li no tópico, esse não é o forte deles.

O que fazer?

pessoal, comecei a investir agora em bitcoins, mas, pelo que li, existem boas oportunidades em outras criptomoedas. considerando que no BR praticamente inexiste a possibilidade de compra direta de altcoins, o q vcs utilizam para converter bitcoins em ethereum, dash, litecoins etc?

ouvi muito sobre a poloniex, mas tb encontrei mtas críticas. existe alternativa melhor, considerando as taxas e a segurança?
