But it doesn't look good for Chia to haven't a working wallet.

I agree, The smart team over there needs to get on this NOW and start partnering with trusted wallets. The intermediate level crypto buyers are getting in now and this is our main concern.  They are going to need these people.

wait, you were really going to keep 100K of loaned funds on an exchange

Coinbase is the only one thats reputable enough for this but does not offer what you want right now.

Buy whatever DOT you can without a loan and store it in a wallet you own

After purchasing CHIA on an exchange where is the best place to send it?

Does one have to download the main CHIA client?

Any other wallets out there?

I like the exchange except I have to email them about withdrawal fees that are too high on certain coins, and those are lowered within a couple days

When you will update about the condition of the market?? I prepare to buy now, but I think more bearish will come, What do you think?

really?
It can go down to 40k or up to 100k soon

its at 44k and your super worried about some small downside from here when there is massive upside ahead.

you should be happy you had cash on the sideline and can now enter here

Re: who controls the bitcoin price?
by
mapsfly

I don't know if I'm the only one thinking this but I think the media partly controls the price of Bitcoin (just a miniscule percentage). Ever notice that when something big happen, medias will try to milk that event that will result into people (most likely investors that aren't really into the technology) will take action depending on the news.
Media?
Are you serious?
What I have seen is that they just always defame Bitcoin. It's a bubble, too volatile blah blah. So Media hardly matters.

I think he's just super used to them having control over the voters

If something is stupid how can you look at it from the smart point of view?
And second, I don't have to explain something that you don't have solid proof it happened.

There is enough circumstantial evidence from cryptoquant.  You can sit this one out.

Re: Recent F2Pool dump
by

So F2Pool sold coins crashing the price in order for their investor to buy coins at a cheaper price and not for one moment they have thought of actually selling the coins directly to him and avoid losing money on both the coins sold at junk price and the revenue in mining.
Do you know why those guys have billions to invest? Because they don't do stupid schemes like this.  Grin

Why did they decide to massively dump their coins all at once? You are saying that that is a stupid reason, but you fail to go on to say what is the smart reason? please enlighten us?

It's well documented F2Pool is dumping their coins to drive the price down.

What's going on with Hotbit

Withdrawal email verification codes are NOT being sent out (with any browser)

hence, no way to withdraw anything right now

no updates on their official twitter

It should work as discussed here

however, I would send a small amount first to test it

let us know
