I've sent some BTC, and an email to funding@neutrons.us with the transaction ID. Have not received an answer after more than 24 hours.
For the reason I don't know. They do not respon on any email.
I've sent mails to all I could find.
There seems to be the idea that there are only a few beta-testers and so how is it that they are able to come up with 600 BTC?
Actually there are:
- 81 founders
- 347 beta testers
- 3 administrators
- 8 moderators

Just as your everyday exchange site works. You have 2 ways of doing this, either see the sell order by Alice and complete it by either "quick-buy" or by manually inputting your NEU/BTC ratio and quantity. Or by sending to Alice's address 0.1 BTC (BTC addresses can currently be managed by our wallet), and if she agreed to beforehand, she will manually send you her 1 NEU.
Fees will be 0.01% for any type of action.
The question is who will controll all amount of BTC deposited to the exchange?
If its only one person the system would be centralized or I miss anything?

For example there is a Bob who wants to buy 1 NEU @ 0.1 BTC from Alice.
Where Alice has to send her BTC? Who does controll this wallet?
How fast will be depositing and withdrawing?

I think the most fair distribution of NEU will be if you limit the max amount of BTC to be received.
It is better to have 1000 people sent by 0.1 btc than 100 sent by 1 btc.
Two months is enough to find 1000 people at least.

I cant believe people can be still duped to handover their BTC! Almost feel sorry for the Investors.
Anyway Shares will be launched when they fix bugs in NXT code and earn 950 BTC. But it is not that price investors should pay for it...

Yesterday I was exited about Shares but now I realise that it is just a fork of NXT. And 5-7% of BTC earned will be spent on finding the bugs in NXT client code which is opened to public now.

Yes it is. The second Ipo is coming soon.
What does this mean?
Their will be a second Ip like the first one. But the second ipo will only doing 2 million shares and its more expensive then the first one.
I think selling 1 BTC = 100k SHS is not a good idea.
The thing is the more people are the first adopters - the bettter.
Now we have only 58 first IPO adopters. If you close the sales this will kill the system as it killed NXT.
The next question is after receiving SHS the first adopters will be mining SHS and what about others?
This will be not fair system. It would look like hyip, the first adopter would win and the others will lose.
So the more people involved in fair SHS distribution the better.

And here are all the late nxt investors. Im watching this. All id say is be careful i can see a trend here and i hope this is legit. I dont want to think ppl are throwing btc in the pot if these guys are taking advantage of ppls trust. I may invest but what has me concerned is why are not distributing the whole share supply. You said 96 million Shares will be mined through a complicated system. It has sold out 4 million now. Why start second IPO. It's very horrible. I worry my investment now!

NXT is dying.
1) it is not professionally coded (if you looked into the code your head would blow up)
2) Graviton announced exchange fees very high without any notices
3) now you can see a lot of new "second generation" coins to be available
