Saying that a possible costumer was "wasting your time" will definetely not help you get more clients.
And you was the one that agreed on selling a $3 VCC and then "changed your mind" when I mentioned escrow.

Nunca tive problemas por lá, mas se quer ser mais cauteloso, manda pra carteira deles antes logo antes de fazer a transação pra evitar ficar por lá muito tempo.

MEI não paga ICMS, só se registar como um prestador de serviços qualquer. Se você supera o limite, só pedir pra mais alguém abrir outra, aí já são 120 mil... E uma terceira, aí são 180 mil... E assim vai.
