I reboot miner And again only 12 cards functional. I reboot again and 13 cards functional.. what Is this...

I decreased mem on 1900 and result is 13 cards is loaded and functional but cards mining only 11mhs and earlier miner mining on one card 14mhs. Where is problem? overclocking is same as before..

I have big problem and I don't know what I can do... My miner have 13 cards but after some time Miner using only 12 cards and no 13 cards.. I testing all cards solo and risers too but I found no hardware problem. I tried update ethos and change overclocking and suddenly card number 13. started work but just 1 hour then disappeared again..
Next problem. Earlier this miner mining 14mhs on 1 card.. Now 11.2mhs.. where is a problem? And where can I reduce mhs?

I tested all cards solo.. And all cards Are good without problem. If I connection all 13 cards at the same time. Miner using only 12 cards.. previousli Worker all 13 cards at the same time. Where is a problem?

after logging on ethos site. I can see online 12/12 cards.. I go try transfer two risers and I will find problem in riser or card.

Okey I go try all cards solo. How Can I set Up lower hashrate? And I Have next problem .. If I want connect to the miner with SSH connecting (PUTTY) I don't know the login name And password.. (ethos And root login don't work) 😠

Miner was stable 4 Hours on 166mhs then performance decreased on 88mhs.. what else?

Now miner mining 166mhs but Miner uses only 12 cards.. Why miner don't use last 13 card? This card cool should heat up as the other 12 cards. Where is problem? Is this card Broken? How can I find out if the card is not broken?  Earlier normally worked.
Miner settings: cor 1060 , mém 2020, fan 80, pwr 3.

I dont use overclocking. I using PSU evga supernova 1600w g2. I mining only ETH and ETC and my OS for mining is ethos. Now I havent access for monitoring temperature but I have set maxgputemp 89

13 x Riser
evga 1600 w
and I have problem with mining if I mining any crypto currency a long time. I can mining 1 or 2 days with stable hashrate 180mhs but if this miner mining more than 1 or 2 days miner mining on 60-70% performance and I don't understand why?? At room is normal temperature.
