Ethereum+: A Peer-to-Peer Digital Asset System
Abstract. The Ethereum+ network is a peer-to-peer digital asset system that enables direct exchange of value without going through a central party. A zero compromise blockchain with the inherent parallelism and performance characteristics of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture and the Turing Complete programming of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architectures. This is a breakthrough smart contracting and digital asset system based on SHA512 proof-of-work, designed for extreme throughput and scale.
What is Ethereum+?

Bitcoin has the problem of high volatility. A token by a real estate funds will be more stable since it is backed by the asset. The token should rise or fall with the value of the property and the income it produces. There is less speculation in it.
kannste mal erklären? höre zum ersten mal dass man immobilien mit BTC kaufen kann. 
Der Gedanke ist da weniger, dass man mit Bitcoin Häuser kauft. Das geht zwar auch, ist aber nur für Leute sinnvoll die ihre 100e Bitcoins nicht in Fiat rauskriegen. Interessant ist das Investieren in Immobilien, um am Profit beteiligt zu werden. Im herkömmlichen Markt braucht man recht viel Kapital um da mitzuspielen. Bei Blockchain kann man theoretisch sich mit 100 Euro an einem Immobilienfonds beteiligen....

I was specifically looking for ICOs (and whitepapers) in regard of investing in real estate. Bringing Liquidity to illiquid assets. Atlant was a good example I wasn't aware of. REAL is another one. LA Token does something similiar. I wanted to get a good overview over the complete field.
