I think one of the factors that affects the value of coin is the fake news being heard by people who holds Bitcoin and this cause a panic and sold their bitcoins because they fear that its price will fall.
 

russia is going to accept what exactly? i dont think any government can accept cryptocurrencies. and i dont think it has a meaning. because cryptocurrencies are something decentralized. they are not under control of any governments.
 

I highly prefer that you should work on bounty campaigns because they pay altcoins very well. You can use your social media's to advertise icos' or create youtube videos that will benefit the platform of different ico's.
