Either the SelfPay team is having a laugh and making these comments themselves, or they've hired someone to do that and create a fake hype around the project.
The truth is, their telegram channel has gained about a few dozen users, and their social media posts have a handful of likes/retweets...

Also, I am just baffled that they have not changed their prices. I already believed 300 tokens for 1ETH was high when the ETH was worth around US$ 200, now that the value has tripled, their token is still worth the same? That means the token value is around US$ 2? When very successful tokens like Ripple started at US$ 0.0X? That must be a joke, right?

This is my personal opinion but I'd stay away from that project, not convincing at all, and I am not sure the team knows what they are doing.

I am curious too, what if the ICO sales fails to reach the minimum cap? Will they reimburse people from the preICO sales too? Because if not, I will say it again, it looks to me they're just trying to do an ICO knowing it'll fail, keep the previous found, and go "oh well, it did not work, bye bye" 

They don't even bother answering anymore. Looks like Julian has not connected to the forum for days now.
They've posted something on twitter, but nobody comments/shares/retweets, so the community is dead. You can't find their Facebook link on the website anymore either.

There's a new white paper with poor quality visuals added that don't even match the original white paper design lol.

I guess whoever was part of the team before saw that the project was not serious anymore and left rather than be part of that joke. Good on them.

Did you manage to download the whitepaper? I cannot with your link. Maybe they removed it after you posted it?
And yes, that is what I am saying, we don't hear from either James or Kevin and both these account haven't logged-in since January this year. Are they even real people?

Somehow I am the only one who does not "shout" scam, but yet you find a way to post a message like that... smh 
Rather than your being late with your announcements, it's your ability to dodge and avoid questions that are asked directly here, by the community, that is alarming. Also, why announcing things when you know you won't be able to follow up with your timeline? Why would Rapheal announces he is amending the white paper on March 27th when a month later, the paper is still not ready...

Again, the fact that the community raises concerns about you being a scam or not is their right, and if you take a closer look at your communication, that might give you some clues as to why.

Your announcement was made on the 30th of January on your website, it's mid April now, and still nothing. Ok it can take time, but 2 and a half months is borderline ridiculous. I tried to find your Telegram channel, it does not exist anymore, twitter and facebook are inactive.
Where's that James guy who posted the announce here on BitcoinTalk? There was another guy as well who was pretty active. Why are they not posting? Are they still part of the team, or is it just you and Raphael?

All these unanswered questions raised suspicions of scam of course, and people are right to talk about that, whether you like it or not.

What team? Apart from Raphael that posted a few messages since the end of the ICO, and you who all of a sudden joins this project, we have not heard about anybody else.
There use to be 5 or 6 of you, some devs, etc. where are they? We cannot see them on the website anymore, and the white paper cannot be downloaded either, where you supposedly amended the team on March 27th.

This smells like a big bullshit imho. If you are supposed to launch the ICO in May, where is the new whitepaper, where are the announcements on your channels? Looks like you are just stalling, hoping people forget about you.
