Their home page just seems to be a static html file which is still online as I'm writing this. There was briefly an error message from ddos-guard.net saying the website owner should contact them. I went to ddos-guard.net and spoke with someone on chat. They said their bill wasn't paid. I offered to pay the bill myself to get the website back online and they wouldn't take my money. I even asked them to put the website back up for a short period of time so I can withdraw my money and they didn't want to do that. Now I don't even see their error message.

Before today I just thought their website was going offline because people kept clicking refresh to watch their balance grow.

Ok I'm a little worried. Their website is offline.

I'm thinking of buying mining from Genesis Mining. Have these issues been resolved? Should I do it?

Alright so http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud just got back to me and said my case was handed over to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB). The NFIB will supposedly get back to me within 28 days.

I contacted http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud yesterday through their online form and I have not received a reply or anything from them yet. I also warned several major bitcoin wallets about them and they thanked me. I probably should have done more. I get the feeling there is a good chance whoever ran cryptomine is reading every thread about them.

I don't know if its only happening to me, but their site is down right now.

Lucky me - On December 29th I bought 1.9 Th/s with Cryptomine and they were paying me on a daily basis. My personal first red flag was that they had to manually approve it anytime I wanted to withdraw my bitcoin. I thought to myself if I was going to run a ponzi scheme I wouldn't want my customers to be able to withdraw their money anytime they wanted. Anyway they kept paying me so I moved forward. On December 31st I bought 5.9539 btc through Coinbase and good ol' Coinbase didn't make it available until January 7th. So I think hey this cloud mining company hasn't missed a payment I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and now buy 4.5 Th/s. They gladly took my bitcoin on January 7th, gave me a payout for 1.9 Th/s and updated my Cryptomine account showing the extra 4.5 Th/s. I like everyone else have not received a payment or heard from them since.

Why does it take so long to withdraw from the wallet in my Cryptomine account? I have only had an account for 4 days. Its been averaging 2-3 hours from the time I click withdraw to when I see a pending deposit in my own wallet.
