I agree that old investors became much more experience that they were in 2017. But if cryptocurrency will become popular again a lot of new investors will come and make the same mistakes.

Green coins were popular even in 2016:) And some of them are still here. But there always will be enough room for new promising projects.
If you look at Amacoin's whitepaper, you will understand there are no more green coins with such detailed plans and support.
