Re: A warning about Rpietila

I think hes one of the best posters on this forum, Judging from the majority of posters, I think Rpietila may be one of the sanest people here but most are just too crazy to see. With the amount of people screaming at him in every thread he posts in it really doesn't seem necessary to make a  thread just to highlight his personal/medical problems. If you want to discredit him you're only bet is to wait for the BTC price to continue rising and then you can point out that he was wrong about the crash, but i think there's a very good chance that his predictions are spot on and he will end up being the one laughing at everyone for making fun of him.

I find that whenever i try to follow these speculation threads i always get lost pretty quickly once people start pulling out the numbers/graphs, how did you guys start learning how to read and process all this information and make predictions from them?

Re: Buying now or waiting a bit(coin)?

I just bought in for about 1080, i only bought 1 btc. It is expensive and depresses me a little bit as just two weeks ago when it was only about 400 i wanted to try and start buying them but with all the time its taken to get verified and have my wire transfers get in its soared to over 1k. But in the end from everything ive read it seems unlikely that there won't be some moment to come when i can sell it with profit over the coming months/years even at this price, though with that said i still think ill wait for the prophecised drop before investing the majority of my cash.

Is coinjar back up and running properly? I was about to make my first deposit but this thread made me hesitate. What would be the next best site for an Australian to purchase BTC, I dont want to solely rely on Coinjar in the future.

Best resources for learning the market

Hey, im new to bitcoin and have been following it for the past few weeks so far and am in the process of getting my accounts confirmed so i can start buying. Ive been looking alot at the economics/speculation board to try and understand as much as possible about it before jumping in and buying my first coins. However i always find i get lost pretty quickly as soon as people start pumping out the graphs of the current and past market trends and analyzing them. Are there any good resources out there that could help a beginner like me to understand how to read these graphs and get a better grasp on the market?

Thanks.
