Yeah, that helped pretty good.
I changed the intensity in the cgminer.conf to 16 instead of "d" and the Hashrate raise up to 300 khs.
After changing, the computer was very laggy, but it worked.

Are there other options too raise the hashrate and maybe stabilize the system?

I added it at the end. Now in my dashboard I have the Hash's shown.

But its very slow, isnt it?

I have a .bat file wich starts cgminer.

Ram: 8 GB DDR II
Operating System: Win7 ultimate x64
Storage: 265 SSD + 1 TB HDD
