Accidentally saw the project, it became interesting and went to read the information. As it turned out for me very little information about the project and the development team in general, nothing is written. Or I'm not looking there. But I do not understand why not show the whole team that works on the project and from which country they come from.
I found out a lot about them via their white paper and (admittedly basic) website, along with a lot of emails and queries.
They're from the UK, company registered in BVI and worldwide team - all this is in white paper, along with the reason for their anonymity for now. They also imply they have an ex gchq cryptographer.
I found the concept and structure well planned,and now they have the ICO almost finished and the patent granted we can expect to have a public reveal of the team soon (also in the white paper and they apparently have some surprising names involved in it)
If you don't want to invest in the ICO at this price wait until it launches I'm a few months time as they will be on large exchanges from day one.
No problem. You're right in that if you already hold bitcoin or another crypto-currency to buy into an ICO like this then the price falls don't matter as such. But if you're buying bitcoin from fiat to put into this then it is very much cheaper bitcoin today than last week when this ICO started. Looks like they are down to the last million coins in this now.
This is also an option, but I still have not decided what to do. I like and I want to invest in this token, but I'm unfortunately frightened by the price that can fall and I can stay without money.
Yeah, I already have plenty of Digitalgold tokens so I'm good. Hopefully you manage to get some too before they sell out

Im surprised now that these last couple hundred thousand haven't been sold. Guess everyone following this here or from their site or wherever and buying in have got the amounts they wanted? Sooner or later people who have missed it will be lucky enough to stumble across it. Not like many left anyway.

No-one know how much this will be after launch but you can look at the amount of coins, amount they're raising etc and compare it historically and looks likely to launch at least for a dollar or two so already massive gains for those of us in on the ICO

Dont like the descending price auction. also, they havent even given payment addresses, metronome wallets, anything like that. its just like, at the last minute before it launches they'll say 'send us your ETH to this address, please buy early in the reverse auction and overpay or wait until the end when everyone else will buy in a scramble and probably miss out, and if you're somehow successful in negotiating this chaos we'll give you a random erc20 token that won't be worth anywhere near as much as the ETH you traded for it'. 'and by the way, we're keeping all the ETH and 20% of the new currency too'

Thats good to know. They might not be spending stuff marketing and advertising and all that but they way they do is much better just respond to your questions and let the currency and the plans do the rest. Shows it works too with how well the ico is going. give me a project like Digitalgold over these expensive scams anyway of the year.

They're not going to make as much from this ICO now with the bitcoin price as it is. Although maybe by the time they access the bitcoin after launch things will be different. Is launch still planned for Q3 this year please?

I always found the team on this pretty helpful and open hence my own investment. Can't not make more in this than BTC at the moment which seeing as that's the ICO investment currency makes it a no brainer for me once I was satisfied with the devs behind it

Bitcoin is now falling so fast we have to consider the possibility that our ICO exchange rate may have to change after all. If BTC drops through $6000 and continues down, we will notify you of any changes (assuming the ICO is still active)

one of the strongest ICOs of the year in terms of plans and prospects. And with telegram falling by the wayside (and smaller potential gains even if it hadn't) this is the clear winner. Coinbaptist poster obv knows what's he doing and I'm happy to tag along for the gains

Not hard to find out how to get in on this really but here you go copied from earlier in thread just in case they still have some left:To participate in our ICO, please follow the steps below:

Felt it appropriate to update you all as soon as we heard - our blockchain patents, which are concerned with the blockchain-based application of our unique algorithms, have now been granted worldwide!!!
This is fantastic news for all of us here at DigitalGold, and for all our ICO investors also! It means we are now fully protected from copying of our newly discovered mathematical techniques for super fast confirmations, scaling and much much more. Following from that, we are now in a position to license our software to financial mainly, but also other, organisations with whom we have had initial soundings with. We will be initiating more formal contacts with them all as soon as the ICO is finishes.
Patent bonuses for ICO holders are now all but certain in the medium term!

You know what, I'm going to to jump back in for some more too. Will only regret it further down the line if I don't. Another 15,000 gets me another nice bonus. Bitcoin losing value hand over fist too so makes sense to convert it into this at the moment

Coin baptist says minimise your risk by part selling small part to cover some or all of your outlay katherineJ. Takes pressure off and you can HODL and relax. Good strategy is then to set sell points on the way. ie sell X Nuggets of bag at Y price, then another X Nuggets at Y+n price etc. Means you do not have to think about when to sell and can even set this in good exchanges as limit orders. Nuggets will be on coinbase after a year or so I think so very easy to set up such systems.
