Could anyone help me solving this problem ?

I have some RSIC on my balance, but I can't transfer it to another wallet. I want to transfer it to my Okx cex wallet.

When I tried, it said that Insufficient btc utxo. Maybe the problem is the gas fee to cover it, and I have about $0.8 in btc, but I worry if it is not about the gas fee in btc, if i try to fill the btc for the gas fee, i worry if it is not the way out of the problem. So, anyone has ever on this situation before ? and how is the solving ?

Not a suggestion, just a personal opinion, generally I apply Money Management in the altcoin trading system, if the price has increased 2x from the entry price I will take 50% profit, then my take Profit area at every important price level, such as Tp 10% at $1, Tp 10% at $2, and so on. where this will minimize losses, most importantly Psychology will not be disturbed if the price goes back down because previously Take Profit capital.

breakout Resisten/ath di harga $99.000, akhirnya BTC berjaya breakout membuat Higher high atau ATH baru, setelah munculnya beberapa berita baik salah satunya penunjukan yang dilakukan oleh Donald Trump kepada Paul Atkins sebagai Kepala SEC yang baru dan jelas berita baik ini memberikan dampak signifikan untuk kenaikan harga BTC saat ini, selanjutnya jika terus rally BTC akan berpeluang mengejar harga di $112.000 titik fibo 2,618, jika berhasil breakout kemungkinan ATH baru ada di harga $121.000.

Skenario kedua adalah jika bitcoin turun ke harga $99.000 dimana itu ath sebelumnya yang sekarang sudah menjadi titik support setelah terjadinya breakout, jika sukses menembus support itu maka berpotensi kuat akan mencapai harga $93.000 dan bukan tidak mungkin trend mengalami perubahan dari UPTREND menjadi DOWNTREND,

More than a week BTC experienced sideaway after several attempts
breakout Resistance/ath at the price of $99,000, BTC finally succeeded in breaking out to make a new Higher high or ATH, after the emergence of several good news, one of which was Donald Trump's appointment of Paul Atkins as the new Head of the SEC and it is clear that this good news had a significant impact on the increase current price of BTC, then if it continues to rally BTC will have the opportunity to catch up to the price at $112,000 Fibo point 2.618, if it succeeds in breaking out the possibility of a new ATH will be at the price $121,000.

The second scenario is if Bitcoin falls to the price of $99,000, which was the previous point which has now become a support point after the breakout. If it successfully breaks through that support, it has a strong potential to reach a price of $93,000 and it is not impossible that the trend will change from UPTREND to DOWNTREND.

PRICE ENTRY:
High Risk = $98,000
Medium Risk = $93,000
Low Risk = $90,000

Because of the potential for correction, I suggest maintaining Money Management to minimize risk.
