Yes, Nitro is under a new management. They made the desicion to switch providers (No more Ultra Play) and now they will try to turn Nitro into a standard operation. The previuos management was a joke and that triggered some of the changes you are now seeing.

Let's see if I can provide a proper answer to your questions. Nitrobetting is an operation from the same group that created and runs NitrogenSports. The main difference resides in the technology we are using on this new property, and obviously stuff such as the player interface, general look & feel, navigation, as well as some new features. SB and Poker providers are currently the same as in NitrogenSports. Casino providers are Nucleus and Concept Gaming, but we have other brands in our roadmap for 2021.

In regards to our terms of use and other questions, NitrogenSports players can have accounts at both sites as long as no rule is broken (That includes limit circumvention, poker collusion, etc.) Our team runs daily revisions and we have multiple methods to detect fraudulent users, so if you are not intending to defraud either us or our players, then you have nothing to worry about.

There is nothing shady about that. NB terms of service state that bonuses can be ceased at any time, in this case, the player took several bonuses and we had no issues whatsoever, We credit each and every cent. Although, we determined the user wasn't a recreational player, so we sent him an email to inform him that we would allow his action, but that all bonuses were suspended for him. The player agreed to new terms given and confirmed this via email. It was not an arbitrary decision, we took the time to discuss the situation with the user. It is also unlikely to happen to any player, like this user is suggesting. We are open to review each case and discuss the possibilities, just keep in mind there's always two sides of a story. NS credentials won't work in Nitrobetting since they are separate services, and that means stand alone databases. Both sites share their Sportsbbok Poker and a casino provider (Concept Gaming, although, Nitrobetting is running Nucleus' games). The main difference is that Nitrobetting offers Sign Up and Reload bonuses up to 50 mbtc.

From what I know that's a shortcut for your phone desktop, but there is no need to install any software. You can create an account and have it verified in less than a minute, that's all. There are no other requirements involved.

We never asked you to make a public post. Like I've been telling you for weeks, you have the right to choose the service that suits you the best, but these actions have other intentions, and that's harming and arm twisting. Again, not what I'd expect from a VIP.

We invited you to take part in our VIP program, which you replied saying that you are now getting millions of dollars in rewards and that you wanted us to do the same. This is Max from NS. Let me explain something. You have been contacting us looking to receive free money. We credited $8, you lost the funds, made some claims about your account limits (which were not a problem until you lost the funds), and decided to publish this post after we declined your request for another $10K in bonus money.

You have sent a few emails indicating that Stake is giving you thousands of dollars even when you are winning, and that the lossback given by Nitrogen is insufficient. We already informed you that you are ok to receive your lossback, but that no additional incentives will get credited in addition to the $8K we issued some weeks ago. Nothing else.

Claiming that "NS won't change anything" is not only false, but also malicious. Every VIP in our program is treated according to their action and loyalty. Your account has been inactive for almost a year, although, you have contacted us numerous times asking for rewards and bonuses (free money, basically), we have replied explaining that you must reactivate your account in order to receive an incentive, which has not happened yet. That does not mean that NS is reluctant to treat players fairly. 

Well, that's inaccurate to say so. Some leagues, like Israeli soccer and basketball are limited to $500, that is correct. Most sports have higher limits. Also, the limits didn't seem to be an issue while you had the funds, they became an issue after you lost the bonus, but no claim was made regarding the limits on previous days. The fist time you mentioned the issue was days later when you requested a second free bonus. We responded by having your limits increased 2X. We also offered you additional benefits, including a monthly account revision. I'm not trying to make you look bad for moving your action to Stake, that's a decision we respect and that's what we have informed you, but some of the statements you are making now seem to be intentionally malicious.

And yes, we offered you a much, much higher lossback deal that you decided not to take. I understand that you may like Stake better, but what you are stating is a bit inaccurate.

The bonus you received was a reactivation courtesy that required no deposit, and that's the only reason why you were asked to comply with a rollover. Regular VIP rewards don't carry the same requirements. Also, you requested higher limits, and that was granted in a matter of hours. I understand that you may had your reasons to play at Stake, but you are not comparing services, you are just thrashing Nitro with no reason.
