You can change admin to your email so it can not revoked by any one. And warranty is of 3 month. Though i will also provide support after that.
If anything went wrong i will provide you new account or invite accordingly which you have taken.

To use Outlook online in office 365 with your name you have change your domain name servers.
Office 365 comes with 1 year subscriptions.

You can login though  microsoftonline.com or portal.office.com
The Office 365 will have 5 pc subscription which can be downloaded offline as office 2016.
