Re: it's time to buy ethereum

I think this is not the right time to invest in ETH because price of ETH is continuously decreasing from last few weeks. When I invested in ETH the price of one ETH was 195 USD now price of ETH is below 140 USD
I think price of ETH will go down in coming weeks. It's better to invest in dash or tether.

When i invested in ethereum that time eth was at $195 USD and today ETH is below $150 USD

Yes that's true we cannot trust anybody in cryptos.  Everybody have their own point of view and own suggestions. I would say don't rely on anybody because you never know whether the person is giving you good suggestions are not. It's better to do some research and then take decision.

Re: Bitcoin alternatives in 2018

There is no alternative of BTC in the market right now. BTC have its own place in cryptos. As you have mentioned ETH and you are comparing ETH with BTC Which is pointless according to me. No doubt ETH is most stable coin among all alt coins but comparing eth with btc is lame. You can compare ETH with other alt coins.

It becomes risky buying such coins in bear cycle. It is always advisable to stay in higher volume coins because they are less likely to lost in thin year. Even if the price drop to all time low they are not going to die like small cap coins. They will still have community support which would be enough to maintain its existence in the market.

It is not always a case. If you are not so good with charts and technical analysis. You can pick some 2-3 high volume coins with a potential backing project and then hodl for 2-3 years. I believe you ll land up with a decent profit surely more than the traditional investment assets. All you need is a deep research to find some good volume potential coins that won't lose value in long term.

Many are saying that the next financial break down is around the corner which makes investing in shares a bit risky if you are looking for a period of 5 years or more. I consider cryptos a better choice in that matter. Investments might shift to cryptos in such crisis.

Yes, i do believe in cryptocurrency. There are many people who are earning pretty good. If we talk about we all will be rich one day?? That's not sure. Because cryptos is all about experiences. If your basics are clear , you know how cryptos works, what is the right time to invest, if you have capability to understand present and past trends only then you will be able to survive in cryptos. So you just need to put maximum efforts if you want massive returns.

According to me diversified investment portfolio is the only major factor which minz your risk.
After this choosing a right coin is important. You should have appropriate knowlegde about the coins. Third according to me long term investments are more profitable than short term.

If you surplus funds then just go for investment. Always go for investments in bear market. Because you spend less in this phase. And most important thing be very vigilant while spending your funds. Always do research before spending your funds otherwise you will be having shit coins in your portfolio.

After btc i have faith in eth. Eth is the most promising coin among all coins. From 2016 to 2018 eth is performing tremendously good. I am not going sell ETh for next 3 years at least. Because i know eth will go to the moon in coming years.

I can't claim it to be the best investment. But it is decent enough with some mid range ROI if you are looking at long term. I don't find ETH good enough for short term trades unless you are into future trading with high leverage. ETH brunt the second best according to the volume is a good long term hodl.

Re: Neluns - The Next Exit Scam?
by

They are a clear scam. First they are saying they raised $136 m with just some 850 investors which they are claiming as institutional investors, seems absurd.  Then the Manhattan fund which was supposed to have invested $1.5 million has a website hosted on same server as their official websites.

They are clearly a scam.

I don't anymore. I have witnessed some evident scam ICO project rated pretty high on these rating websites. One such project is Neluns which is nothing but a crap project full of lies. But was rated quite high on various famous rating websites. So don't trust such websites. They are misleading. Be cautious before investing.

Re: Postponing ICO, a sign of negative market?

Generally ICO don't perform well in bear market. Because of this, most of the time either ICO get Halted/postponed or the end date gets extended. This could be a frustrating thing for the bounty hunters. But sometimes it is required for the product and company to get enough investment for carrying out the project which ultimately going to help the token price.

You should have cut loss if you are into trading. In bear market you can trade on short term ups and downs. Bear market too is good for short term trading. You basically just kept on holding your tokens. I think the coins you mentioned are pretty decent and will break out once we enter the bull phase.

A day trading could help in getting such profits in short interval. But I doubt that you are good at that else you would have known that already. You can hire someone to trade for you. There are many small/big Fintech companies which offer portfolio management in cryptos as well. Or learn trading yourself if that's your thing.

Re: Will Bitcoin bring an end to Paypal?
by

It could.
But I guess it will take time. There is a lot opposition to cryptos from central financial authorities. Moreover, people are quite skeptical about cryptos. This creates problem when it comes to adoption aspect. Adoption is the most important thing if you are even thinking of surpassing paypal.
