What happened to darkcoin's price on coinmarketcap?
It's averaging Poloniex ($1.09) and C-CEX ($0.14). Poloniex is the correct market price, I don't know what's going on with C-CEX.

Both wallet.dat and darkcoin.conf didn't exist. I created the .conf with your settings, restarted the wallet but error occurred 
To be honest I've never encountered that error personally.
UNLESS YOU HAVE DARK COINS IN YOUR WALLET ALREADY, OR INCOMING COIN!!!
Just delete the .darkcoin file and re-download the darkcoin wallet (in case the one you have is corrupted, then start over.
Start the wallet
close thewallet
add the conf file to the .darkcoin directory in AppData
restart the wallet

Do it but just save copy of wallet.dat if you have any DRK in your wallet.

When opening the wallet this error pops up:

Basically it says it incapable of linking to port 0.0.0.0:9999. Darkcoin wallet its not already working.
At other computer, I cant use the sgminer:

I tried almost everything. (re-installing both miner and wallet, used different settigs, etc)

is it contain server=1 ?

My darkcoin wallet has only one file. Darkcoin-qt. Nothing else. Should I create an darkcoin.conf?

2. open ..\Roaming\darkcoin folder
3. check if darkcoin.conf exist and open with notepad
4. if not exist, then create textfile with following values

rpcport=1234
server=1
daemon=1
rpcpassword=password
rpcport=1234
server=1
daemon=1
replacing password for something generic
5. then save file as "darkcoin.conf" in ..\Roaming\darkcoin

Have a look at the stats on c-cex:

Usually exchanges have a commission of 0.2% ~ 0.3%, so, that is the amount they will be earning if they decide to include DRK into their website.
I am currently using c-cex.com with excellent results. For me, this site has proven to work much better than other well known exchange sites. No need to pay for additional exchanges.
Not to mention that "deal" they offer shows they would list any pump and dump coin like that for the sake of devs cash. We don't need such PR due to DarkCoin's intristic value. I would rather insist on creation of wikipage/subreddit/forum/ect. so people could easier get to know about DRK.

I'm looking forward for DarkSend feature because this is one important thing that makes this coin more than pump 'n dump shitcoin.
