Also your announcement page says that your casino is "trusted by thousands of players". Isn't this a brand new casino? How come a brand new casino has thousands of players? How many active players do you have? Can you verify that you have thousands of active players?
This is a gambling forum and I don't think that it's the proper place to shill your altcoin. Maybe you should create a separate thread on another forum (probably Altcoin speculations) for your altcoin. Your casino looks nice and it has all the necessary features of a crypto casino.

Your story is unclear, why did you need to submit document while you have not placed any bets? Did they request you to submit your documents just after you made your deposit?
$300 is just small amount of money for a casino to risk their reputation, so I dont think Betcoin which is one of the oldest casino in this forum will steal your $300.

Don't worry, Betcoin is an honest company. If you have done nothing wrong, you will get your funds. But if you have done something wrong you can choose a mediator of your choice and then they will decide.
