it's an test (experimental) netcast show (internet radio show) about Mazacoin and other altcoins. It was a great success the format works in getting the truth out about Mazacoin and announcing the progress being made. It is a live show with Payu Harris and his cousin.

- Payu talked about the latest status of MazaCoin in relation to the Oglala Lakota Tribe.

- All First nations, and tribal nations can benefit from the growth of MazaCoin.

- not being afraid of change, and learning about MazaCoin to understand built-in feature against corruption (embezzlement).

- Mentioned the troll problem, and the misinformation they propagate.  Pump and dumpers doing a disservice to Lakota nation and Mazacoin price.

- Payu's recommendation was a message to all miners to hold their coins for aleast 14 days before depositing MZC in the altcoin exchanges.

- Also  being more giving and finding charities nonprofit org you care about and donating some MZC.

- Asked for help from any experts in listening audience 2x.

- Mention in the net cast show (internet radio show) a professional athletic who supports  mazacoin.

- Payment processing issues in Crypto currencies ecosystems (e.g. length of time, transfer delays)

- Lack of accessible technology (netbooks, smartphones, tablets) in the reservations.

- Lending computers for purpose of creation of wallets for people without computers in reservations.

- Maza-cards,

- Privacy,

- Treaty rights, Benefit of mazacoin, minting money (USD, Euros,) Central banks, forced to use a certain currency because of taxation.

- Explains whys demand creates value for Mazacoin.

- Explains what MazaCoin is up against, development and growth and birth pains.

- Wants more people to get involve, posting, twittering, making cold calls, emailing.

- Payu expresses his love of MazaCoin,

- Schedule of show possibly three times per week.

- mention internet radio show only being a pilot (experimental) test show.

- Ancient Lakota warrior society fully supports MazaCoin.

- Lack of opposition from Treaty council of Keystone XL Pipeline.

LOL, we must have been listening to two different broadcasts. I challenge anyone to listen to it and come up with all those "points" you stated. It sounds more like you're part of the Maza team and am trying to convey a positive message that wasn't conveyed well at all during the broadcast. No regular person would be able to garner that much info from it, but you somehow have a very detailed list of "points" that were supposedly made. Again, I challenge anyone to listen to it and come to the same conclusions that you did. Whatever "points" they talked about were merely glanced over as to retain no serious value for the people listening. Let people listen to it and have them chime in. Maybe I'm totally off-base, but this is my opinion after listening to it. Others may feel differently.

The audio echo is maddening and conversation was tough to follow, hopefully they get the audio fixed and some structure to the show.

What I got is there's no new news from the tribe. Payu described a couple ideas for a kind of bank or maza card. Request for miners to hold rewards or find charities and donate. A couple businesses or sites are beginning to accept mazacoin and it needs to be more usable locally. Reminder that mazacoin is important for the sovereignty of a nation and request for more people to get involved.

Remember, csjenks is not Payu or AP.

Correct.

That is the new developer they brought on board after my departure.

csjenks (that's me) and MazaTalk.com are independent of the development team. The new dev "DataMan" is someone else. Thanks everyone for all the feedback on MazaTalk, it's a community website and I appreciate those that are advocating I be included as part of the official development team.

I am a big fan of this site even tho your latest news post makes it look like I want the fork for reward changes which I clearly am not for.

My goal was to help address this: http://explorer.mazacoin.org/chain/MazaCoin?count=20&hi=43126

8 blocks in an hour which breaks the "easy and fast moving block chain" feature on the website.

Thanks, sorry didn't mean confuse your point. What causes this?

Multipools really screw up difficulty and pool hashing. It is not uncommon to see some coins get stuck on a block for an hour or more if the diff is too high.

Revamping the calculation or merged mining stabilizes and prevents this. Only problem with merged mine is you completely blow away any change of smaller support from smaller miners to keep the chain running.

DarkCoin has their own calculation for difficulty which is pretty interesting. Been following that to see how they do.

Good to know interesting about DarkCoin, thanks for sharing

Welcome Mazatalk!..Pay no attention to the FUD spreaders. Most of them are on ignore and it shows what kind of a person it is when they have to resort to vulgar language to get their point across!..

You have a nice site!..Mazacoin is the first to attempt what it is doing..Your site and others like it will help spread the word!.

I had no idea how bad it was for the lakota before i discovered Mazacoin a few weeks ago!
I am still buying the coin and in it for the long haul and very proud to say it!

Thank you! Your support is noticed! In my opinion, lack of transparency leads to FUD and negatively impacts what should be the true goals of Maza, to create an economic foundation upon which the people of an impoverished sovereign nation can rebuild.

Thank you for spreading the word and sharing the vision!

Enough about the mafia wankers, what's going on with this coin?  Haven't heard any news in awhile.

Not sure, but the new website looks pretty decent.

http://mazatalk.com/

The website is a good idea, it's good to keep people informed and explain what the coin is about. The only problem is that it's filled with bullshit. Lakota nation this, and lakota nation that....the new currency of the lakota nation. The lakota nation has made it clear that they had no intention of making mazacoin their official currency. The website just has a bunch of links that point to mazacoin being the "official currency of the lakota nation" which straight up isn't true. The website is misinformative, especially to newcomers of maza.

I'm not trying to cause FUD, I'm still holding on to a significant amount of maza tht I invested in, and that's why I'm pissed. Payu made bogus claims about maza, which is what made most people invest in maza, and he refuses to listen to the investors, miners, and supporters of maza about concerns and improvements, because he doesn't give a shit about them; and he obviously doesn't give a shit about the lakota nation if he refuses to make changes, because at this rate, the 1000 maza that he is giving out to them is only going to amount to 2 or 3 dollars per person. So as of now, fuck the website, and fuck Payu

To be absolutely clear http://mazatalk.com is a community project for MazaCoin advocacy and not created directly by MazaCoin devs. Our independent goal is to provide communication, transparency and local awareness for the coin. While we do claim MazaCoin to be "for" the Lakota Nation we make no claim that it is the "official currency", however we do believe MazaCoin is the best tool to create an economic foundation upon which the Traditional Lakota Nation can build lasting wealth and prosperity for their people. Acceptance by tribal government and grassroots growth will take time.

But, the cause is noble and people are in need. I have family in Pine Ridge. Our ambitious goal in support of MazaCoin is to eliminate the extreme poverty in Pine Ridge and further establish tribal sovereignty; and we seek the collaboration of others who share our vision.
