You guys are unbearable, you act like if someone cashes out they can never ever think to buy back in or show their face here. I'm not posting a year after I sold, it's been like what? 16 hours? Ah fuck, sold some AMD stock at the highs, banned for life from buying back in after the drop.

I got in with just over 10k SIGT from mining and moving ZEC funds over in the 4000 SAT range, now it's almost half that. Thinking of riding it out for as long as it takes as this is still an excellent coin. What are some thoughts about how the price will play out now that halving has occurred? It's much harder to mine so I'd think the value will increase at some point, even before devs deliver on marketplace or listing on additional exchanges. Does anyone else thing the price will recover prior to this? I'm optimistic still
I had sold before the drop so probably not the guy you want to hear from, but just wanted to give a voice of reason as it sounds like you're trying to convince yourself the losses will magically erase themselves if you wait long enough. Things usually don't work out that way and just result in seeing bigger losses. Better to walk away with some than none. A day trader can't win them all, and loves a stop loss for that very reason.
I don't understand why people who have cashed and "walked away" are giving advice. For some reason still following the coin, I guess.

You guys have no single clue what you are doing. You are just some bunch of sheeps used to make hype. This coin is a classic coin used by big dogs to earn huge money quickly. Do you really think this coin can succeed while there are coins out there like Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin...? Saying things like HODL, TO THE MOON, ITS ROCKETING is useless. You are just making yourselves look stupid. There is no future for altcoins like this. No long-term game. Only way to make money is to either HODL things like BTC or ETH or follow the big dogs who are trading coins like these for a day. There is a crap ton coins looking promising like this one but its all fantasy for little people. Only the devs and the whales make money and they make it in a day rather then HODLING hoping some day a miracle will come to boost their coins' prices.
If you want to get addicted to losing money then do it like a champ, in Vegas, rather then doing it in such a miserable way.

While I agree that saying HODL, TO THE MOON, ITS ROCKETING is absolutely ridiculous, this is an ongoing party of those who bought tens of thousands at sub 1000sat like myself. Oh and I don't recommend going to Vegas, DraftKings.com is the best way to have fun and lose money

Some seriously fishy stuff going on here...
One one hand, both AikaPool and Hashbag.cc have simply stopped paying. Hashbag says they paid my address, but nothing was received. I noticed that the Hashbag wallet payout was set to 50k... that was not the case a few days ago... awesome. Aikapool hasnt even registered the past 8 hours of hashing I've done. Rig has been working hard at a steady 220 MHs but gotten nothing. It was fine over night but stopped around 10:30am.
Now the super shitty part. My first wallet, I encrypted right off the bat. As always, before submitting transactions to it, I double check my password to ensure there are no mishaps. Fast forward 3 weeks and a bunch of coins... I go to transfer to Cryptopia and my password no longer works... after trying as many enumerations of my password as possible, I give up.... lost coins.
I start again, with the same wallet file downloaded from the Signatum site, on a separate computer, with a whole new address. This time, I do not encrypt it at all. Just now, I go to transfer coins to Cryptopia and the wallet goes from not-encrypted to encrypted - and of course, I have no clue what the password is since I never set a password to begin with. Now I have to wallets with several thousand coins that I cannot access. It has been beyond frustrating and I hope nobody else is having this problem... this coin seems to be more and more of a scam coin considering the pool and wallet issues...
Has anyone else had their wallet encrypt itself and/or change their password?

Wow first I would stop mining those pools immediately. They suck. Go to supernova. I haven't ever had one issue with it and get constant payouts. Sounds like your wallet has been hacked. Can't help you there. Sorry
I wouldn't be surprised if this coin is just a huge pump and dump. It's happened before and initial posting from newbie account and only dev info is "doctor" and "Gabrielle". Have no clue who's really developing this coin. No bios
It was very sneaky of suprnova to "insert" a 1% fee without notifying users.

Impossible question to answer. $.20, $.50, $1, $5...... or absolutely nothing. It's entirely dependent on the devs.

That is to be expected on a pool with few miners, though when a block is eventually found your payout will be nice. Especially with their 0.25% fee.

What settings and what miner you are using. I can only hit 90ish with 7x 1060's. I am using CCMiner.
There are several miners that can do 19-21Mh on 1060OC. 200

In other news I'm trying to figure out if skunksp-mod5_fixed was tainted or not.
I have scanned skunksp-mod5_fixed.7z with kaspersky & windows defender (Windows 7) & neither has found anything, further system scans and rootkit scans found nothing on this system.

Getting less shares can happen, its not constant it has never been
Difficulty spikes and insane nethash are the mains reasons everyone getting less coins now
Whattomine can't handle these spikes, dont use this calculator its not trustable atm
Agree 100%, paranoia is thick. I've been using the shared spmod3 with zero issues and have netted pretty dang close to the number of coins to be expected. Even if the miner is "tainted" and sending off 1-2% to a secret address, in the end it's better than forking over 0.05 or 0.1 BTC to buy the miner

Also a ton dropped on the first wave and goes to show that whales have already made great profit and are getting out because they don't want to lose anything.
I think it probably will increase more, especially if it starts hitting exchanges. There will be lows and highs at times, my guess is that it will be at $0.25 and followed by a dump, might drop back to $0.15, then it will increase further probably to $0.35-$0.50, followed by another dump. After that we might see it going up to $1 by next year, this might be after 100th block and PoS.
We just passed the 0.15-0.16 dump and it looks to be recovering, for now.
I don't think it will ever be lower than $0.05.
This theory depends on value of Bitcoin as well, because if Bitcoin and all cryptos drop for whatever reason, so will SIGT.

WOW, that's just insane. People, for sanity sake seriously go buy another video card for your rig and use another miner to gain the extra hashes rather than spend $260 a piece of code that'll be obsolete in a few days. You'll at least be able to recoup some cash by selling the hardware when all is said and done. Oh not to mention that SIGT mining difficulty is rising significantly.
