Personally,I am checking cmc every morning with no exeption if it is a working day or weekend.But in 2017 I used to check it almost 10 times per day )))

The only suggestion for you is to leave this depressed job and to find a new one,more interesting or may be you should learn a new profession.

I understand people getting panic when they have invested all their money in crypto ,it is a huge risk and that's why they should learn properly the basic rules of investing and money-management.

Icos are not dead but they are not so hyped as in 2017 ,some projects are really worth investing in them,byt sure thing there are also lots of suspisious projects ,so always do a deep research before making investments.

As people say "It is better being rich and healthy than poor and sick".We are all here with a strong desire to turn our lives for the better ,but don't put all your money just in one suspisious coin - you can easily lose money.

I cannot recommend to hold "shitcoins"...it's too risky if you are here for a long-term ,shitcoins are good only for short-time speculation to increase your amount of btc or dollars.

As for me the best inveent is 50% bitcoin 50% etherium ,these two coins will never get scammed or dissapear somewhere.Maybe I would also buy some litecoins.

It is not so easy nowdays to find a bounty campaign that will be definitely profitable...Even making 1-2 etherium for any signature campaign is a great success.I am afraid the golden time for bounty hunters has already gone..

The longest ICO I have ever seen was Miracle Tele ,it had been lasting for 15 month and there had been three bounty campaigns during it.But the project is alive and successfully developing.

I would wait for the absolute bottom of the cryptomarket and then I would start buying some Etherium for 80-100 $ per coin and some Litecoins .I am expecting this by the end of the year..
