https://goldencontest.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/cover-thumb1.png

Website link
PDF direct link

QUOTE:

"What would you think if all e-mails you’ve ever sent and received, including the ones you deleted years ago, were made public so the entire world could read them? Your personal messages, documents, attachments and so on, all available for everybody to see? You think this is impossible and could never happen to you, don’t you? Well, keep reading because we have bad news for you."

IN THIS BOOK YOU WILL LEARN:

* What is cryptography
* How cryptography works
* The risks of not using cryptography and the benefits of using it
* How to install and configure the necessary programs
* How to use cryptography with e-mail and files in minutes
* How to invite other people to use cryptography
* What cryptography does and does not

-How much would you pay for it?
-How much does it worth to you?
-Why?

Thanks!

since it says 100% free, I would pay nothing Huh?!!

Re: If Satoshi was a "genius", then why do BTC transactions take so long?
by
mecoin
on 21/03/2014, 17:12:34 UTC
I Love BTC, but any honest look has to reveal that the transactions take WAY to long.
Did Satoshi ever comment on why he used ~10 minutes per block and/or did he consider a much lower number?
If he did, I haven't seen it before.

Edit:

Almost everything related to BTC transaction times, but discuss it if you wish.

I wanted to learn what Satoshi said about it, and someone did answer, thanks
Also interested in more related Satosho quotes if you have any.

because our computers are currently too slow to make it faster?Huh

Have you seen the price of them on eBay and Amazon? Convert that to bitcoin and you'll find its more than a bitcent.

Buyers on ebay and amazon are, quite frankly, stupid when it comes to mining hardware. If you want ebay prices, sell it on ebay. You will get ~80% of lifetime mining value if you choose to sell it here though, if that.

I had the same experience =)

For those of us that are ignorant, can somebody tell me what a PULL request in layman's terms is? And what is it used for?
it is used to request a merge of different versions of versioned files in so called "Versioning file systems"
just google for the term Smiley
