Hi. I have couple of questions about your project.

1. I recently read an article about similar topic - https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10916-016-0574-6 and after reading your white paper it is not clear for me how will you store the medical data in your system. In the provided article the authors propose the method to store data in the blockchain cloud as it is makes data immutable and secured. So first question is why don't you consider the blockchain as a storage for data as it sounds quite logical.
2. How re you planning integration with hospitals? As I know there is no common standard and healthcare providers are quite conservative and do nothing without money. What do you think about it?

Hi, as expirienced professional e-health background I would be interested in this project as it correlates with main ideas of my current scientific research. Also there is not much information about real reaults. Do you think there will be some after ico?

It's not clear for me what benefits will the bitcoin provide here? What is the usage of a blockchain here? Currently it looks like using crypto currency in the same way as fiat money is used.

I think healthcare domain has great potential. It would be good to turn the hospital-centric domain to person-centric.

I have some expirience in writing technical and scientific papers.

I think the idea is very good. However I have some concerns about it. For example, how to proceed with vehicles that had a serious accident? There are lots of vehicles in Europe (especially from Lithuania) where one car actually consists of 3 or 2. Also many people do some changes to their cars by themselves, so it would be hard to track such changes. Even if all data about car is recorded to blockchain you cannot put there information about how car was used that is also have a big influence on the car condition. In my opinion, the idea is good for limited number of cases.

I am also from Europe and here we do not ahve any restrictions. I think after China regulations are in palce (also Russia plans to setup them till the end of 2017) there will be more countries defining own regulations for this growing market.

What is the reason to use such a coin instead of normal money? Ok, you can spend it on healthcare services but it's not clear what are the benefits comparing to the existings ways of consuming healthcare services.

Would be nice to know at least the domain of the project. Then I could try to help.

The project itself looks quite interesting. However there are some questions.

• Do you already have some certain plan involving healthcare providers who is the owner of EHR now? In the web site you mentioned that for them it is free. According to my 10+ years of experience it is really hard for healthcare provider to change its own internal processes and invest in the interchangeability solutions. This does not make the integration with your system free but brings lots of new effort that healthcare provider usually does not want to take.
• From your whitepaper it is not 100% clear what is the reason for the blockchain usage and how this technology solves the interoperability problems in eHealth that is a really big problem now?

Answering these question is essential in my opinion as they cover main nowadays problems in the healthcare data integration domain.
