Plus 30 seeds for 10-20$ sounds VERY cheap.

I never had drugs in my life, but still, it sounds very cheap to me.

Hi, CBD aka Hemp is legal in almost all parts of the world now, Europe, the States, Canada, Mexico, Russia, China, Australia.
Of course if it is not legal in the place you are right now, responsibility falls to only you.
