Could you please anyone explain the difference between ERC20 based coins and NEP5 based coins. And what is better considering future growth of crypto-currencies?

Airdrops are not always providing coins. Most of them are scams and not providing any coin. And for some coins, if those are received, there is no any value for some received coins. Just only shit-coins. Among all of these types of coins, there are very good projects which provides good coins which has good value.

Because of there is no any control over the bitcoin or crypto currencies.  Even there is no any governing body.  Further more there is a huge unpredictable risk in this.

What are the NEO based coins that are in crypto market. There are some news in crypto world, NEO will tack place of ETH in end of 2018? Is it true or not?

Will BTC be replaced from ETH in future? Because as of current crypto market, demand for the ETH is higher than BTC due to various kind of ICO projects.

Most of investors are currently going after ICOs. That is the main reason for this, as I feel.

This is mainly because of the difference between supply and demand. I think most of the huge bitcoin holders are selling their bitcoin to invest in other coins. Mostly on ETH. Most probably in next few weeks, bitcoin will rise up again to the moon.

I have just started investing and trading in crypto currency, specially in bitcoin. I am expecting to have some kind of guidance from the expertise personals in crypto world for things like, what are the area I should learn, what are the main concepts in this field, what are the resources to gain knowledge.....etc.

I have heard about bitcoin from a you tube video. However I have a little disappointment, why this video didn't pop me early this year. I have just started  investing in crypto currencies and looking forward..
