This part is your own fault and I see no way for Bitmarket to help you here. You do not send money (Bitcoins) that are irreversible to anyone without a guarantee to get your "product". If you had used bitmarket instead, it would have been safer. That's just my 2cents.
Ofcourse You are right.However the person was able to get back the money from your bank account is very strange to me as well, normally there is no way to get back your money from a regular bank transfer. The moment you send it you do it voluntarily, and it is gone for good. Not even the police could get it back for you directly from that bank account.
I strongly suggest that you file a police report as soon as you can and show the police your bank statements. You were robbed, not sure how the admin could help you here. I'm sure he has already banned named user from Bitmarket.

I have a few troubles using bitmarket
first
I would like to report on fraud. His or her nick is gina8609, email: ginafrick170@yahoo.com
21461 06.08.2012, 20:05:24 gina8609 25 BTC 9.5 GBP 237.5 GBP Confirmed
21508 08.08.2012, 17:10:43 gina8609 25 BTC 9.2 GB 230 GBP Confirmed
21509 08.08.2012, 17:24:13 gina8609 52 BTC 9.2 GBP 478.4 GBP Cancelled
He or she payed for this transactions 701 GBP. I asked what I have to do because 244,9 GB still missing. She wants from me to
confirm first two transactions. I do this right a way. After that said the reason non sending me 244,9 GBP is low account ballance
and she want to cancel transaction ID 21509 /I suppose bitmarket admin can confirm this/, and ask me to send 25 BTC.

The letters I send it have no response.
A few weeks later in some way she managed to get back all 701 GBP from my bank account. More than 2 month bank did not
answear my question what are happened .I had raise an objection, and still waiting. Be aware from this clever shi... .

I cant cancel Transactions ID22540 and ID22644 more than a month. No communication with byuers.

Now I try to make a withdraw request, but the BTC are frozen.
