In my own opinion yes it is posble, It will be possible if the bit coin have its own value like money. It can be use anywhere and everywhere when it is knowing by all people around the world. But for now we dont have idea. But when can find it out in the future.

MERIT AND RANK REQUIREMENTS
You get merit points when someone sends you some for one of your posts. Additionally, when someone sends you merit points, half of those points can be sent by you to other people.
Certain users are designated as "merit sources". They can create new merit out of nothing, up to a limited number per month (which differs per source).
I will not be posting a definitive list of merit sources (so that people don't bug them too much), though you'll soon figure out who they are if you pay attention.
In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

In my own opinion, If bitcoin have a fix value, the risk of this payment is because it doesn't have fix value so why they cant let bitcoin to open as a transaction in paying in playstore.

To avoid scam make sure that the site you are willing to invest is legit. And when you invest it doesn't means that you can earn a profit. Remember that bitcoin dont have fix value sometimes the bitcoin price become low.

Yeah it take's time for the confirmation but the point is you can still use bitcoin if you dont have cast. If the bitcoin is known all around the world and all the people it can became our transaction everywhere but still it takes long long time if that happen. Bitcoin is still very useful.
