I am the earlier adopter signup for the 5 Gigahash/s - Indefinite Contract (July 2013), no sign of mining and no reply, no answer and no announcement from them. So is it a scam? or is it? or it is. 
there was a newsletter they sent. you didnt receive it? mining has started, but only at 10% capacity due to their asic suppliers not delivering. so this is what we get at the moment.
since they are a start up, i suggest for us to be patient, but that doesnt mean we should stay quiet.
WE will be at 1.3 Terahash as of this Thursday (8th August). As promised, the longer BFL delay, the more we will act by making emergency purchases to get you closer to 100% capacity.
We are currently on Bitminter at 840 Terahash.

Also as promised, those on 1 year contracts, we will only start counting the start date once and only when you are mining at 100% capacity.

I sent two "tickets" via dashboard (though it doesn't seems to do much as dashboard) and it got deleted in 24 hours, is it how you guys handle enquiries? Beside, since you guys did such a great job designing such a fancy website to attract orders, it won't hurt to develop a simple and functional "dashboard" which as a client, able to view latest announcement, mining status, news etc. I'm a not a frequent visitors to bitcointalk hence would be able to read the announcements here. Yes, you mining somewhere and offer an upgrade, BUT we don't know, that makes me feel uneasy. I believe I'm not asking too much.
I also submitted a ticket to the dashboard and it was deleted without any reply. I bought a perpetual and a 1 year contract and I can't even see on the dashboard where it shows this, other than the order history page that just shows how much I paid.
Same here. Sent the email and just got the reply saying they have paid sending newsletter. Still haven't gotten anything.

We are making a payout tonight to June and July contract holders. Please ensure you have entered your bitcoin wallet address on the dashboard correctly.
Some people have not even provided a wallet address at all. Please try to get this done within the next 12 hours.
Your total mining capacity has been increased from 10 to 20% as of yesterday. We will be increasing it again next week.
We don't post frequently here so please subscribe to the newsletter to keep updated.

Thank you for all your hard work Emmanuel, I know a lot of people on here just flame constantly, but there are some here who are happy with the hard work you have put in so far.
Thanks ArcticWolf. We are working on getting you all to 100 percent ASAP. Good to hear some encouragement from time to time. :-)
Still, I haven't received any email or announcement from cloudhashing regarding my contract. Even two of my tickets sent via dashboard were deleted and I never received any responds. So, what's going on here? My account ID is identical with bitcointalk account ID with capital M. Do I need to sign up for newsletter to get the latest account announcement? If so, what a nonsense. All I ask is answer and simple and straightforward responds. Very hard to understand?

They told us our perpetual contracts will be changed for a 2 year contract, but I got this mail from them today

Your contract gets swapped for the September equivalent in cost. For what you spent, you get a silver contract. That is a 1 year contract. Apologies for the misunderstanding.

So, you bought a perpetual contract, they dont respect the dates, neither their words... that's a scam. Cloudhasher, why you just close the page and run with our money? it's almost the same.

用什么挖？ QT的话会出现在钱包里。或者输入 listtransactions 或者getaccountbalance查看。
如果是linux就输入 watch 'primecoind listtransactions | grep "amount\|category" & primecoind getmininginfo' 实时监控。

一联想笔记本，开机三天，终于挖到了一块，才12.85xpm。
真不容易。
看英文论坛上最近流行在VPS上挖primecoin，手痒也试了一下。前几天挖了两个block，今天一个orphan。。。越来越难挖了
